酒店的位置很不錯，在海邊隔着一條馬路，適合自駕遊，酒店有兩個泳池，水比較深，孩子不會游泳都要帶泳圈，一價全包餐品還能滿足中國胃，如果帶孩子，我們八歲是免費入住和用餐的，酒店每天都有活動。唯一不好的是房間安排的很差，對着一個大工地，啥風景都沒有。用餐服務員顏值都很高，但是蒼蠅很多

Otel 4 yıldızlı. Ona göre yorum yapacağım. Öncelikle Trip.com'dan 5 kişilik ailemiz için yaptığımız rezervasyon sadece 3 yetişkin olarak göründüğü için resepsiyonda sorun yaşadık. Trip.com'da 12 yaş ücretsiz olarak geçerken otelde ücretli olduğu söylendi. Ancak resepsiyondaki görevli ve yetkili arkadaş bize yardımcı olarak odamızı daha geniş ve daha fazla yataklı bir oda ile değiştirdi. İlave ücret istenmedi. Kendilerine teşekkür ederim. Odamız geniş, güzel ve temizdi. Biz resepsiyondayken alelacele hazırlanmasına rağmen bir eksik yoktu. Otelde; apart odalar, büyük otel binası, havuzlar, barlar, çocuk oyun alanı, amfi tiyatro, restoran, spa merkezi ve diskodan oluşuyor. Tatilimiz süresince (Haziran ortası) disko kapalıydı. Diğer alanları kullandık. Aşağıda bilardo masası var ama kullanılmıyor. Fitness merkezi varmış anladığım kadarıyla. Ama makineler kullanılmıyor ve fitness merkezi kapalı. 2 kaydıraklı orta boy bir havuz (gün içinde hemen her zaman kaydıraklar çalışıyordu), büyük havuz ve çocuk havuzu var. Çocuk havuzunun kenarları kaygan mermerden yapılmış. Kızım kayıp düştü. Temizlik ve hijyen konusunda bir sorun olmadığını düşünüyorum. Yemekler kötüydü. Çeşit sayısı 4 yıldızlı bir otele göre iyiydi ama lezzet sıfıra yakın diyebilirim. Yemek sizin için öncelikli ise bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum. Personel çok özverili ve güler yüzlü. Ellerinden geldiğince misafirlere yardımcı oluyorlar. Tatilimiz süresince otelde konaklayanların çoğunluğu (belki %90'ı) Türk'tü. Türk misafir çok olduğunda bazı sorunlar yaşanabiliyor. Çok büyük olmasa da biz de yaşadık. Genele bakıldığında uygun fiyatlarla tatil yapmak isteyenler, ne olsa yerim, benim için havuz, güneş, içecek, temizlik önemli diyenlere tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Bu arada otelin atmosferi güzel, heykellere bayıldım. Trip.com'daki yetkililere de not olarak şunu belirteyim; rezervasyon bilgisinin daha doğru alınması gerekiyor.

Fiyat performans oteli. Denizi güzel değil çok dalgalı ve pis. Şezlong sorunu var yer bulamıyorsun. Yemekler ortalamanın altında. Aynı şekilde temizlikte öyle. Eğlence yerlerine çok uzak. Sakın fotoğraflara aldanmayın hepsi göz boyama..Çalışanlar lakayt.Yani sonuç olarak pek memnun kalmadık.

Çocuklu aileler için çok uygun bir otel

The most horrible hotel , Very dirty and mouldy Hotel staff rude and ignorant ,abusive my husband almost got hit by the manager. No towels,broken toilet seat no shower Please do not go there when you have kids

All good reviews for this place are given by domestic tourists only. All good reviews are generic and don't give details about this place -Don't trust them! We come back home with serious food poisoning due to the LOW hygiene there. I saw how waiters are washing their hands with water only -NO soap. This hotel should be banned from UK Travel sites (On the Beach, TUI..) and it should serve only home tourists.

Food and drinks The selection for meals are appalling, breakfast is all local slop, room temperature milk for a selection of stale cereal, no toast available at all. Just local unappealing meals served very repetitively and most likely recycled for lunch and dinner! The meal times are stated online as food served for most of the day, in reality breakfast is 7-9, lunch is 12:30-2 snack is 3-5 and evening meal is 7-9 the only real edible food was the snack bar which was very busy due to this fact for such a short time! Drinks are very limited at the pool bar, this is the only real bar in the resort, and they ignore most children and if you speak the lingo you get an automatic queue jump. DO NOT EAT THE FOOD UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ILL!!! Rooms Beds are like sleeping on bricks, every movement in another room you can hear down the halls, and when asked for any extra pillows and blankets as each bed only has one pillow and almost a towel and a blanket, we were told we would be given more, this was never followed up on, dispite multiple times of asking. We didn't have a change of bedding once in a week despite having a notice up stating that towels and bedding will be changed every 3 days. Towels were changed only when we caught the housekeeper outside our room and we got fresh ones there and then. Entertainment This was pretty much none existant, except a small child's disco for a few hours at night, which is heavily aimed at Turkish children as not much is in English, and anything that is, is very broken English at that. Not really anywhere to sit, people sat around the pool of an evening with plastic cups on sunbeds. Staff Most of the staff are rude, when the children asked for more of the pancakes in a morning they were told no and just bypassed, the night staff on reception told us with any problems on the first night to not bother him and wait till the morning and it can be a morning shift problem. The only positives on this hotel were the room had 2 floors for the family room so the children could sleep on a different level to us for us to be able to relax in an evening The sunloungers around the pool aren't the cheap ones and all have padded covers so they are comfortable The attached beach having a jetty with the hotel sunloungers and all inclusive bar was a bonus, and didn't have to get sandy feet after being out of the sea. ENGLISH PEOPLE PLEASE AVOID!

This hotel is very nice and perfect. Hotel has amazing flower garden and sea. We made very friendships there, we like the food very much. This hotel have an aquapark and one pool, and there is looks like very good. We had a great time with the animasyon team. Our room was decorated very nicely on the day of arrival, my wife liked it very much. Thank you very much! Our room was cleaned very well in all the days after that. We will come to next year. Avoid this dirty and unhygienic hotel. We arrived late at night and, despite booking in Feb for 4 adults and 4 teenagers, the reception staff were surprised we were a booking of 8 and hastingly added 2 extea sofa beds to 2 rooms. The Air Conditioning in my room was leaking - Maintenance were very good at coming immediately to fix - but fixed and left several dirty puddles of water on the floor. We had 3 rooms - beds were made in 2 rooms (and only occasionally) - 1 room received no cleaning. The entire week our bathrooms were not cleaned at all. I found a couple of cockroaches in my bathroom - not removed. We had to ask at reception for clean towels and toilet paper. Our 2 x 16 year old boys were in 1 room - even when room locked from inside you could push door open from outside. Toilets in public areas had big notices saying pls don't put used toilet paper in toilet but use trash bin - which were overflowing. Flys landing on food in buffet area, birds flying around food and seen in kitchen; cats in restaurant - jumping on tables, amongst guests legs - cat faeces seen in restaurant. No non smoking area in whole hotel - everywhere reeked of cigarette smoke. Bar drinks very limited - beer, vodka and gin; no wine and frequently running out of tonic water. Bar staff picking up ice with bare hands and using dirty glasses (I was served in glasses with lipstick stains). Got an electric shock from hairdryer and room fridge. Another guest had a broken shower screen. Broken grills and uneven decking round pool area. Staff very rude or ignoring English guests. Private beach dirty - cigarette ends, sunloungers broken, dirty nappies what looked like cat litter. Beach bar only served beer and pepsi; very dirty. We booked through On the Beach - photos on website are old photos; lists tennis courts, gym (photo on website) and games room - all non existent. No customer service at all. 3 of us got food poisoning from undercooked food - was definitely hotel as we didn't eat anywhere else. I asked staff if I could speak to the Manager - still waiting!! I emailed Manager when we got home - 5 days later and I haven't heard anything back from him or the hotel. Lovely location; beautiful country but spoilt by this dreadful hotel. Pls pls avoid.

Dirty filthy hotel! Got food poisoning from under cooked food, electric shock from fridge in the room, beach was like sitting on a mixture of kitty litter and cigarette butts. Choice of drinks limited to gin, vodka, beer and awful juices, if they could find a glass! If not would find a used plastic one and rinse quickly under cold tap. Photos on websites are from years agos! No gym no tennis courts no customer service no room cleaning even when specifically asked, no toilet paper replacement (see above food poisoning for importance of this!) only 4 star due to supposed available facilities not any level of standard! Not worth it!

Do not book - this hotel basically does not want English people there and will make you feel unwelcome and out of place!! * Food disgusting with no choice and no variation, at least give one semi plain choice for the kids! only fruit was melon * Stayed for 14 nights and did not have room cleaned once even though we asked 3 times, had to resort to pinching toilet rolls off cleaning trolleys as never replaced. * Booked interlinked family room but ended up with 2 separate rooms, not great with children * Family room only has one double bed (rock solid and v uncomfortable) with a fold out chair which takes up a lot of room leaving you with little space * Drinks constantly ran out with no choice and filthy glasses * Constantly ignored at bars in favour of Turkish guests, even stopped half way through several times to serve Turkish guests * Nearly all of the staff do not speak any English, ended up with Pepsi several times when asking for beer, always a lottery getting a drink! * To make matters worse you cannot walk to anywhere from this hotel as location is isolated so like being in prison! * Wi-Fi does not work around hotel other than reception area, making it difficult to plan your escape route! * Pool nice but hardly any sun beds and half of them are broke * Entertainment seemed the same daily and geared towards Turkish and none in English

I don’t recommend this place.it’s terrible. very dirty.nobody clean our room during our one week stay.its unsafe for children.Food is very poor quality. Fresh fruits just apples and we had Watermelon for two days.Beach is also dirty with baby nappy and end of cigarettes on the beach.

Do not make the same mistake I did and book this place it is rotten the food is terrible the hotel is so dirty and staff are rude my room did not get cleaned once in ten days we had to do it ourself it smells bad it has nothing going for it the pictures you see are not at all real please do not book this place you will regret it the moment you get there everything is broken the food will make you ill Drinks run out all the time and staff will serve there own before serving you English people are not wanted there and they make it clear
