"The apartments are located out the back of a cafe and the area you have to pull your gear through is covered in rubbish. The parking is difficult on a street on other side of cafe. You have to cart your gear back and forward. The apartments stated there was a washing machine. We arrived soaking wet off the puffin tour boat with a week off washing to do knowing there was a washing machine here. We walk into the apartment and there is a sign on the washing machine saying ‘don’t use it’s broken.’ It’s freezing cold. We have to pay a very large roaming phone call to contact the owners who tell us to talk to a shed outside a backpackers to do our washing. We have to this in the cold with wet shoes. The place they told us to do our washing is extremely expensive like isk35000! We have emailed them, they don’t reply. There’s no offer to pay this or any type of refund. They did not tell us the washing machine is broken before we arrived. It ruined our evening standing in a shed in the cold next to a washing machine down the road at a backpackers when we are exhausted and need dinner. They do not reply at all to any communication. The apartment is noisy with street noise in the night. This is a terrible example of extremely poor hosts"

"The location is good, there is a Xiaozhu supermarket nearby, the living room is large, but the lighting can be improved, because it is connected to the open kitchen, but the light is not enough, it is a bit dark for cooking. The room is not big, there is no way to put luggage, but there is a shelf at the head of the bed, and there is also a small wooden stool at the door to put things. I encountered a strange thing that night. At about 8 o'clock in the evening, another tenant suddenly opened the door and walked into the entrance. I happened to stop her at the door. She must have walked into the wrong place. I called the front desk to complain, and they said that the password is not shared. They kept reassuring me that I had no safety concerns, but I was also scared, so I had to use the clothes hanger and rope to make a safety device to ensure that the door could not be opened. Fortunately, there was no accident that night. I guess there is something wrong with the door?"
