The Guest Relations department is unhelpful. They seem completely disinterested in resolving guests’ concerns or providing any kind of support. We were charged extra money for our kids to attend the New Year’s Gala Night, only to be told later that our children under 9 were not allowed to join the gala dinner with us. This was infuriating and unacceptable as they did not informed us before. Additionally, they even had the audacity to charge extra for a bathrobe! It’s ridiculous that basic amenities like this are not included, especially for a hotel that claims to offer premium services. The hotel doesn’t even provide the most basic necessities, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. To top it off, the place was almost empty, which speaks volumes. I now understand why no one wants to stay here. 11:45 night Disco is pathetic, the DJ guy plays the song like in which no-one wants to dance and it seems like he is not interested in his Job. We told him but he was rude and refused to change the songs. They don’t even have enough indoor seating space for the guests. Gala was so boaring and we see that everyone was out in just 1 hour. Fully a mess. Avoid wasting your money and time at Royal Wings Hotel. It was an absolute letdown.

Disappointing Experience DO NOT RECOMMEND Environment: My partner and I— people of colour —were really looking forward to our stay. We expected luxury, relaxation, and a warm, welcoming environment at such an advertised international hotel. Unfortunately, what we experienced instead was deeply disappointing and, at times, outright uncomfortable. From the start, we noticed the constant stares. It felt as though we were under scrutiny simply for being who we are. Initially, we brushed it off, thinking we might be overreacting, but as the days went on the hostility from both staff and other guests completely ruined the whole experience. The uncomfortable stares whilst we were just walking along the vicinity of the hotels made the experience completely disheartening. The worst part of the experience was the outright hostility from a few individuals. On a couple of occasions, we were spat at in public areas of the hotel. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to create an environment where all guests feel valued and respected, regardless of their background. We personally wouldnt want to go back and we want to raise awareness where if you are anyone who is of any other than Turkish Background to be aware of the treatment that you will have. Food: I’d rate the food a disappointing 3/10. While there was a variety of options available, the dishes were consistently bland and lacked any real flavor. For a 5-star hotel, we expected much better quality and attention to taste. It also made me have food poisoning a couple of days in a row Room: The room walls were incredibly thin, to the point where we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms and even their TVs. This lack of soundproofing made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep, as we were kept awake throughout the night and woken up early in the morning. It was extremely frustrating and far from the level of comfort we expected from a 5-star hotel. Facilities: I understand that we visited during the off-season, between the end of summer and the peak of winter, but it should have been made clear that nearly all, if not all, facilities would be closed. As a result, it felt like we weren’t getting the value we paid for. While I understand this might be typical for the season, there should have been more transparency about what would be unavailable. A detailed update about closed facilities prior to our arrival would have helped us set realistic expectations.

So heres my honest review of this hotel.. Warning .... Long post We are are family of 3 2 adults 1 child (age7) turned 8 while we was there. Sea view room 1415 We stayed 29th july - 12th august! On arriving at 2am our first thought of this hotel was amazing. The reception area is huge and spotless. The reception staff seemed really pleasant and helpful. Our room I couldn't believe how spacious it was. The view was stunning even tho it was all in darkness. The bed was a little firm. Food available 24/7 In the morning we went to breakfast in the buffet restaurant the amount of food on offer is absolutely mental from fresh breads, crossiants, bagels, cheese, Turkish meats , a selection of pastries and cakes, freshly made omlettes while u wait, fresh fried eggs, pancakes , crepes, nutella, cooked breakfast stuff like boiled eggs , scrambled egg, beans, sausage (more like a hotdog) but u are in turkey. SPA I had a Turkish bath & massage which was lovely relaxing. Entertainment team All Work there absolute socks off a big shout out to IBO who we loved so full of energy it's ridiculous Artista is so so lovely but she doesn't stop til u buy the tshirt €20 Buffet restaurant on an evening Had theme evenings from Italian, text mex, far east, fish, international, turkish. I can't remember the other also had a range of local Turkish foods. Also a grill area where u will find chicken , turkey , meatballs , onion rings , chips, wedges, kebab, lamb (on selected nights) , pasta, salad bar , vegetables are available also. Turkish bread with cheese , plain, pide , The desserts well well well there is a HUGE circle table FULL and they are yummy Patisserie opens from 4pm - midnight and got a good selection on biscuit , cookies & cakes which were welcomed by my little one The pool are is absolutely huge. I had no issue at all getting a sunbed at 8-9am first hotel I been I don't have to set the alarm for sunbed wars. The activity pool tho all beds are pretty much used up by 8am. On a Tuesday they do a foam pool party at 3pm and is super busy this was amazing and the entertainment team were handing out cocktails and ice cold cans of efes The waterpark 10+ slides. The cobra slide u have to be aged 12 to go on this this was a big disappointment to my son who was 7 but he soon got over it with all the other slides. Can get a bed anytime of day over the waterpark. Waterpark floor I found to be lethal (my only negative) Kids club runs from 1030-1230 & 230-5 my son went a handful of times and enjoyed. Food corners was a big plus to us you have a Pizza corner always a massive queue get there early (best I've tasted) Kebab corner ( lamb one fsay , chicken the next alternate) Ice cream Waffle and pancake Hotdogs & nuggets corner (waterpark area) Turkish tent Fruit coffee & cakes corne Jacket potato Pool bar snack bar opens at 4pm -530pm with fruit little sandwiches , wraps , churros Milkshake stall once a week ( Monday after 4 I think) Cocktail s

We stayed at royal wings for a week. The hotel is stunning and the bar staff were amazing. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment! Our room was kept nice and clean and the fridge was refilled daily! The main food hall was very busy and often large queues but the food was lovely with plenty of choice. However on our first day we were hounded by a man who worked for the spa in royal wings i believe who simply would not take a polite no for a awnser! It ended us saying no thank you around 5 times for him to mutter something under his breath and laugh at us. I got caught again by him when my partner was at the bar and had to tell him a number of times i wasnt interested again with him muttering. It made us very uncomfortable and not relaxed at all,we would find ourselves walking the long way to the sun loungers just to avoid this particular gentleman. We were also asked for a tip in the middle of eating our lunch in the main hall. This all happened within the first few days of our stay which really left a bad impression with us. We also didn't realise none of the el a carte restraunts were included in the all inclusive which surprised us as when we have stayed in hotels with similar ratings/same cost this is usually included. We personally wouldn't come back to this hotel just for the reason of feeling like we were being pestered i dont believe you should feel like that in a hotel of this price.

We have just returned from this hotel food brilliant’ staff could not do enough for us ,even opened the Italian restaurant for us so we had our own chef and waiter would we return most definitely gonna return when water park is open , rooms very clean thank you

This hotel is simply outstanding. 5 star at its finest. Royal Wings know how to throw a party, be it the garden parties, foam parties or the victory party The entertainment team and bar staff were simply incredible and very hard working. The water park and all workers over there are brilliant fun and very effective. We checked in late and room was perfect (unfortunately not a sea view) My only criticism is the smoking. Very uncomfortable for a non smoking family with a severely asthmatic child. The hotel needs to consider a non smoking area in entertainment arena and outside pools Though people's selfishness cannot be blamed on the hotel. Thank you royal wings we will be back
