Je pense que l’hôtel me mérite pas 4 étoiles manque d’entretien les moquettes au sol très sale les portes usées.. pas de sèche cheveux

Beaucoup d’efforts à faire notamment au niveau de la restauration.

J’ai passé un bon séjour au sein d’hôtel el mouradi merci à toute l’équipe .

Un bel hôtel confortable adapté aux familles, une bonne cuisine et une mer limpide

Hygiene is not a priority in this hotel rooms are poor beds are okay towels thin and used. overall the people running the hotel are lovely our first room one five seven was disgusting. The the smell made me want to vomit The hotel staff moved us next day without a problem, food is not for the European pallet but there was always something to eat, beach beautiful sun lounger are in need a wash as you can smell other people's sweat on them, never seen them getting washed the whole time we were there, I realize Tunisa is a poor country and have different standards, what Im saying is. check out your hotel room before you accept it.The Port is very nice , Hard Rock Cafe five minute walk away where you can have a lovely meal and hear good music.

Definitely NOT 4 star, it's 2 or 3 star max Condition of hotel bedrooms not cleaned properly, ants crawling around and very dirty carpet in the hallways. There spa package Hammam is terrible, NO sauna steam or Suzuki which was in the package and massage was terrible. The food in hotel some of it wasn't edible or not fresh. I heard from few people being sick after eating including my daughter. The staff was great, The entertainment wasn't all that great at night. The activities during day very very little to do. The only great thing about the hotel it had a lovely beach and pool side and the dessert was great, the drinks was very limited in variety. My view is if you want 4 star go for 5 star hotel in Tunisia. Love Holidays you need to check this hotel out stay a week and you'll find out.

Came here in 3rd December 24 for a week, absolutely loved it , staff was great, came back 21st January 25 for a week, still here as I'm writing the review because I would book again , reception staff is fabulous and really helpful and take suitcases to the room, the bar and restaurant staff are so pleasant and really helpful and have a laugh with them, looking too book again soon. The rooms are cleaned everyday they are abit dated but they are clean, few bits need painting , the carpets need renewing but that's if your picky.

Positives, great Beach, staff good and helpful. Negatives First 2 rooms were not fit for anybody to stay in, carpets must have been down for at least 10 years, they were filthy dirty with spillages and burn holes everywhere, if you went bare footed your feet stuck to carpet. Chair broken and furniture chipped, bathroom taps turned around and loose from sink, dirty grout and ants everywhere. It was only when we informed management we were leaving and I was booking flights home, did they give me a room that had been refurbished. Food was repetitive with little choice, meat cuts were cheapest and nothing was seasoned, ate out some evenings or bought food in. If this had been my first visit to Tunisian I would never go back. Classified as 4 star would not give it 1. All doors in hallways had big signs saying keep closed ( for fire safety reasons) so all were wedged open and in some cases the doors were of their hinges.
