I had booked room with complementary breakfast. The stay was good but the next morning the breakfast was not ready and the restaurant service was not very cooperative. Overall the stay was good but restaurant service was poor.

The room was quite nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable, hot water facility was also available. Tv, ac, fan all were working well. The view from the window was quite good. The only thing that was missing was the lighting in the bathroom and room. Overall good.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately, there was no hot water available during my stay. I called reception three times, and each time they assured me they were sending someone to fix the issue, but no one ever showed up. In the end, the problem was never resolved, and i had to manage without hot water. Aside from that, the rooms were okay, but this experience definitely affected my overall stay.

Pathetic hotel, request mmt team to please remove the same from list, first of all foul smell coming from adjoining naala, room were pathetic with no ventilation, bathroom were smelling like a person has smoked in that room. No air freshners, pathetic. I even did not stay in the hotel.

Guest are not allowed to take them in your room. Your guest has to stay in lobby which is very small or in restaurant. This is quite disappointing. Rooms also filled with odour.

It’s a nice property. With good staff and good food. The location is too good. Next to walk way of the lake. And you can see the full view of the lake from the room. In night it looks amazing. Room is good and overall Stay was very good. Would like to visit again and recommend others to stay here
