Supportive staff, Superb location, good options for breakfast, definitely would like to recommend to ppl.

Do not book this hotel. Having few employees.Working on contractor. Old & dirtiest hotel in all terms. Look for a newly build property.

location was good. Breakfast options was very limited should work on that also the hotel services were little delayed. we didn't get any refreshments or tea coffee sachets in our room

Atmosphere is a great but hotel property need maintenance, need cleaning, hotel staff need more experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say it was a huge disappointment. The rooms were filthy, with noticeable dirt and a lingering smell that made it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, there were no basic amenities like a dental kit or even toilet paper, which is completely unacceptable. I also encountered bugs all over the place, which made the stay even more unpleasant. Honestly, I’m baffled as to why this place is so expensive, especially when the conditions are so poor. I also don’t understand how MakeMyTrip rated it 3 stars — it certainly didn’t meet any reasonable standard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely avoid it in the future.
