Cockroaches are roaming everywhere and bedding is full of human hair. Main door sensor card not working.

It was not a good experience. I have already paid the room charges then too they charged me extra. And the room was also different

We took two rooms, in that one room was in good condition and other room had full of baby cockroaches and some insects. They don’t maintain the room conditions proactively is what i felt.

I had to wait for more then 1 and half hour with my family at the time of check in outsidecthe hotel. I was at 12 which was check in time and at 1. 30 pm when i called mmt they told he is lying, then i proved to the executive, wat happened to it
