Lovely hotel situated on the waterfront with lovely views of the town & bay. You will need a car or taxi to visit the old city as the hotel is on the other side of the bay. When the weather is fine meals are served outside on the terrace next to the swimming pool. The pool was heated & very salty. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi. There is access to the hotel’s private beach. My guest room was old world European in decor. It was not large but very adequate. I had a private terrace overlooking the water with outdoor lounges & chairs. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms had a shower over the bathroom which is not the most convenient for some older people, it’s also slippery with the water very slow to drain. Need to be really careful. A non slip mat would be helpful. There was TV but there were no English speaking stations. Wifi is available throughout. Breakfast is table service with a variety of hot & cold food. Dinner at the hotel was inventive & very tasty French cuisine. Unfortunately I found the female staff in the bar area & reception not very helpful & miserable. Service seemed to be an effort for them. But overall a nice place to stay if you ignore some of the staff’s arrogance.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Great breakfast on outdoor patio. Room was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our visit to Ajaccio. We walked everywhere from the hotel.

We had a delicious, elegant meal on the terrace overlooking the sea. The food was fantastic and beautifully plated. Every course was delicious. The service was excellent. It was a cool night and they were attentive to us being comfortable. There were heaters and blankets if needed.

We stayed here on our last night in Corsica. Check-in and parking were a breeze and Cecilia made every effort to help us and show us around. The hotel is like going back in time, not dated, just seems like an old Hollywood or South of France hotel back in the 1950’s or 1960’s. The decor in the lobby was beautiful, the corner bar was quaint with a great assortment of liquors, beers, and wines, and the restaurant/swimming pool area were right on the sea with beautiful views of Ajaccio and the gulf. There is plenty of seating by the pool. Staff were attentive on getting drinks for us, if needed. The swimming pool was saltwater straight from the gulf and warmed to a comfortable temperature. The jacuzzi was warm. We had a small corner hotel room that was small but comfortable. The room was nice but may be due for a makeover soon. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great. The bathroom was completely updated. The only two problems we could find were the bathtub had poor drainage and there was some hair on the floor from previous guests. Normally the hair on the floor would be an automatic one star deduction, but the rest of the hotel was just so awesome that it was hard for me to deduct a point here. We didn’t have dinner here, we opted to walk to the old town, a 25 minute walk away. We did have the breakfast for 29 Euro, and it was fabulous. The breads, cheeses, meats, homemade yoghurt, omelettes, fruits were all fantastic and we didn’t have to eat another meal until dinner. Checkout was at 12 pm, wished we could have stayed longer before we departed to the airport. Overall a wonderful stay.

A gorgeous hotel outside of Ajaccio! The deluxe rooms were enormous, with exceptional views of the water, and highly recommended. The staff and service were excellent, and the location was close enough to walk into the old town, but far enough to also allow us to easily explore outside the city. The restaurant is fancy, french, and quite good as well.

A jewel at 10mins walking from City Center! With impeccable service ! Super experienced and friendly staff made the overall the place feels like home. Loved the fact that we could use the bike if wished, as well as Paddle Board & other facilities. Swimming pool is lovely (not usual swimming pool water). Super cute Staff too! Special thanks to Amandine + Charlotte, giving locally (and up to date) information. Finally super clean room with working amenities. Highly recommended !
