It was a very bad experience booking the hotel , hotel bathroom and service pathetic condition , not a single response inspite of repeated complaints , when asked for exchanging room they charge extra instead of helping, I'm very much disappointed I'm waiting for the refund immediately i also called helpline number on the 20th April till now no refund has been done, I'm bound to give negative review The Grand Hotel Aizawl if not act immediately.
