Free parking at the hotel. Hotel room is nice and modern. Very comfortable environment. Breakfast is good with the basic selections. Sofa bed is big enough and can accommodate maximum up to 3 persons in a room. Highly recommended. Good location to access to Valensole and Les Baux De Provence.

Hôtel très bien placé et confortable. Chambre spacieuse et propre, petit déjeuner copieux avec un choix sucré et salé.

停車很方便，對於自駕游來説是非常友好的，但是公共交通就不行了。室外的游泳池，小朋友晚上還可以回來繼續玩水。

在高速公路隔壁，自駕游去市中心還算方便。房間麼就是快捷酒店

Very tired and shabby hotel. Stained carpets and badly in need of a lick of paint. Stayed for 3 nights as part of a trip to watch rugby World Cup. On the 2nd morning reported that the shower head had come off the hose. Got back to room at midnight and it had not been fixed. Not hard for housekeeping to have spotted the shower head sitting at opposite end of bath to hose. So 2 mornings out of 3 unable to get a proper shower. The hotel is understaffed. Hotel bar opening hours are a bit random. Overall this is a 4 star only in the eyes of Novotel. All in all my recommendation is “don’t unless you have no choice”

Nothing special when you see the hotel, far from the city center. We needed to call a taxi to get in town and it took us 16 minutes even if was in the evening hours. Room is big, furniture not so new. Loved the breakfast area and the food, but this will not make me stay second time there.

The location near the motorway but still in a quiet area was really good. The pool and restaurant were excellent and all the people working there were really nice and helpful. We had a problem with the room that smelled of cigarette. The lady from the reception provided an air purifier and it helped. The cleaning of the room could be better.

This hôtel has it all. The staff is very professional, helpful. The romm are large, modern, well equipped with a fridge, Nespresso machine, King size bed ver confortable, extremely clean. There is a restaurant with view on the garden, there is a bar. The breakfast buffet is royal.

Nous sommes venus en famille du 24 au 25 mai 2025 nous avons été accueillis par une équipe jeune mais d'un très grand professionnalisme, toujours à l'écoute et dans l'idée de toujours satisfaire les clients. Membre diamond une des deux chambres a été surclassée en chambre executive , chambre très spacieuse , propre et côté piscine donc parfaitement adaptée à nos besoins. La seconde chambre familiale toujours côté piscine était parfaite elle aussi. Le petit déjeuner était copieux , la salle de restaurant est très joliment décorée tout comme le lobby. Mes enfants ont pu profiter de la piscine , de la table de ping pong et du terrain de boules en accès libre. Le parking est vaste et gratuit et l'accessibilité très facilitée du fait de la proximité de l'autoroute. Le centre ville d'Aix est à moins de 10 mins en voiture ! Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement! Merci à tous pour votre accueil et disponibilité lors de notre séjour! Tout était parfait!
