Very good and nice hotel food is amazing room clean

I've been going there for more than 20 yrs. My kids love the place we enjoy everything. The service, the hospitality, the lagoon, the beach. First time I really critique the breakfast and buffet. Restaurants were much better but pricey. Please fix your breakfast, you have an amazing hotel and exceptional team. Don't waste all the efforts with the breakfast buffet. We had to leave on our last night for that. Thank you for your service

整體看房間還是蠻不錯的，就是老酒店了設施有些陳舊，酒店前台和客房的服務較好，酒店院子環境相當好，臨近海灘，有游泳池，價格相對實惠。

酒店還是不錯的，早晚餐豐富，環境優美。

網絡非常垃圾！每天登錄還要輸入郵箱，衞生間基本沒信號。其他還可以，吃的也豐富。

酒店環境不錯，入住當天還有果盤贈送。

設施老舊，早飯一般。環境不錯。

風景非常好

The hospitality was perfect and everything was perfect from cleanliness of rooms, good beach, food and perfect organized birthday surprise for my wife, special thanks to Ms Caroline and Mr Mohamed eldemerdash and Mr Bassem for making it perfect :)

What a beautiful stunning trip, I've been here for 3 days and I was shocked how beautiful, amazing this hotel is I have no expectations whatsoever but I loved the design of the Resort and how trees are everywhere and how the pool feels natural and the flow was dynamic all over the place. This really made my experience much better, the staff was quite good as well. Breakfast was great in many items but not all. The sea view was fabulous, I did a massage too which was a 10 except that the specialist was not talking English nor Arabic. Hotel is always taking care of everything didn't found any issues and I'll remember this stay for my entire life. And because of this trip. I'll choose Stella again in different cities ✅

Very nice hotel, with super nice pool and beautiful green garden around and beach views as also ok. Amazing spa with seawater jacuzzi and so good treatment. Very good restaurants and staff were extremely friendly and professional. Also an amazing sports and entertainment team from Ecuador! Got an early check in upon arrival and late checkout given by Bessen. Only negative is a surprisingly poor breakfast (except for very good omelets), poor coffee served in paper cups and terrible juice served in plastic cups!
