4.5 experience, Very nice cozy and lovely experience with amazing sea view , staff is super nice and helpful, space is not huge it’s a small building with a lovely pool and beach , I went there weekdays so it was not super crowded that’s how I enjoyed the experience, only food needs more effort in dinner

Rooms - The rooms are well appointed and new with mini bars that can be emptied on request. - Rooms on main floor overlook the pool. There are 2 elevators to access second and third floor - There is also room service - Good house cleaning service and thoughtful products left for guest Pool/Beach - Pools are heated, there is a kid pool and a Jacuzzi - There is food /drink service for pool and beach at additional cost - The beach is nice and private- BUT it can be cleaner Accessibility - The hotel is accessible inclusive of the dining area with ramps. - The breach IS NOT accessible. However employees were available to carry my mothers wheel chair up/down to access the beach Food - Breakfast and Dinner was good and had a variety. Tea and Coffee were available at no charge at both buffets Entertainment - The employees were very polite, attentive, and not clingy - There are few pool tables and a room with some arcade games at additional cost - There is a kids play area at the entrance which might be suitable for younger kids - The music played on day time was loud and not well chosen (with lyrics not just music). We have asked them multiple times to change/lower the sound which they eventually did - There was a band playing on the weekend at night which was deafening, my dad was so annoyed and asked them to turn it down which they did Check In/ Out - I booked through ******* and made requests for some rooms to be on the main floor and one on the top floor which was honored. - Check in was smooth and reception was well informed /ready to receive us - One of the towels seem to have been damaged due to toilet overflow. They initially wanted to charge us for it, However they have later waived it as plumbing incident at no fault of ours Other - There is a small supermarket which is pricey but less pricey than hotel for soft drinks and snacks - One of the rooms had plumbing issues with toilet over flow which was addressed by the hotel. Terrible Service and Discrimination - Do Not Stay Here at Any Cost, Especially if You're a Foreigner Because They Will Judge You by Your Looks! My stay at this hotel was terrible. As a Lebanese tourist, I expected good service, but I faced discrimination and neglect the entire time. 1. Discrimination: The staff treated us very badly and unfairly. They were rude and seemed to judge us for no reason. 2. Food Poisoning: My cousin got very sick after eating the food from the hotel. The staff did not care at all and did not offer any help, which is unacceptable. 3. No Help: When we asked for help with my cousin's sickness, the staff ignored us and showed no sympathy. 4. Bad Check-out: When we tried to check out, we had to wait 4 hours to speak to a manager about our problems. In the end, they dismissed us and did nothing to solve our issues. The staff at this hotel is rude and unprofessional. They don't respect their guests at all. We experienced a lot of stress!! Avoid this hotel at all costs! Our experience was awful from beginning to end.

Very clean and cozy everything is nearby Very quiet and suitable for relaxation Staff is very helpful and descent Recommended on weekends Food quality is very high Pool is nice with jacuzzi Beach is sandy and superb Very near from sokhna gates.

Great experience the room is nice, clean and comfortable and the food is very good with a good variety and they consider any comment .. I liked that the pool and the beach is clean and relaxing I really enjoyed my stay .. very good hospitality and friendly staff as well
