Hotel Udayanraje Palace

The restaurant staff is very rude especially the manager and the chef. The hotel managers are also useless and they don't listen to you when u give a feedback and take action against them. Been visiting since yrs and suddenly they tell me the quantity is the same, however post covid they charge more and quantity had become very less. The restaurant falls under Sandeep group, however Sandeep dhaba on the highway is the best when it comes to service and food quantity and quality. Extremely disgusted with the service and the staff. Full restaurant was empty and it took over half an hr fr my food, that too full of oil, despite telling them not yo mk it oily. And post that looking at the food when you question them, they back answer and treat u like shabbily !!!! Never going to step foot again ever. Third class service and cheat customers.
