Rooms are excellent, only thing is staff does not listen if you request for extra towel or extra cup for tea. Rest everything is fine

Location is a bit far from the temple. 10-15 min walking. But is located exactly next to sai teerth theme park. The food was good. Tasty and hygienic. Amenities were good and sufficient. Hey provide a pick up and drop service to the temple. But its only till 7 pm. And the only cons is there is no pick up and drop to the temple on the day of check out. Otherwise its 5/5

The longer you stay you find out that the property is great but the hospitality part, not so much. The reception staff is a little incompetent when it comes to helping you out - have no idea if the hotel car is available or not, how are invoices made and figuring out tatasky recharge.

Location is good, amenities are average, services are very slow. Food quality is average. Also there is limited staff creates lot of delay in services.

We were a family of 4 2 adults and kids aged 5 & 1 year respectively. We checked in around 9-9:30 and ordered food. As were travel-ling whole day on car kids were really tired. They served the food. Around 10 which was really fast and good for us. We ate the food etc and went to sleep. Kids also slept as were tired. But around 11:30 pm in night they came with the bill. I asked them what was so urgency in this? it could have been done on the morning. Now you have woke our kids and everyone. And after that it was a nightmare, hotel was smelling like cigarettes, so much of noise i am not sure hotel staff or guests. So much gap between floor and door that corridor light enters the room.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. It is a new property with really clean rooms and washrooms. The food we had here was fresh and tasty. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning their stay in shirdi.
