service was good and had a pleasant stay ... cleaning was okay and the hotel is at very prime location very near to the river front and easy to find

Food was good but for prepaid customers they give only fixed item no option to choose no tissue paper in the room, not provided even after asking no separate chair to sit and work people are polite and good soap quality was not good, given shampoo and dental kit shower was not working overall i don't prefer to stay here next visit

Staff was not courteous. Further, there rates on mmt are quite high as compared with the actuals. The rooms and mattresses were not properly cleaned.

not so good experience, many insects in the room. room quality was okay, bedsheets were not clean...

The rooms were very compact with almost no ventilation. Toilet seat was broken and was not sanitised as well. There were dead insects in the rooms. We were travel-ling with an infant and senior citizens and hence we checked out immediately since we dint find it safe and hygienic

Very dirty and not clean at all, the bed, bathroom and rooms had lot of cockroaches and insects had to change the room twice as both rooms had only cockroaches
