Hotel Pristine Residency

Short stay and hotel meet the needs. Will stay again on next trip.

The entrance lobby and restaurant area is nice and clean and very presentable. The bedrooms and bathrooms need upgrading. The shower screen, toilet area need to be replaced. There was a foul smell when we walked into our bedroom, the house-keeper had to spray freshener to neutralise it. View from the window is terrible- why can’t businesses keep their backyard clean? Enjoyed the breakfast and staff very helpful. Added bonus of courtesy shuttle to the airport.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The bedsheets in the room were dirty and didn’t seem freshly changed. Also, the bathroom was not properly prepared — there was no bucket or mug provided. These basic things should have been arranged before the guest arrives. I hope the management improves their housekeeping and facilities in the future.

I had a terrible experience. The bedding is really dirty. The room smells horrible. Above all no drinking water bottle. When you charge such a high price & the traveller had to go down to market to purchase the water bottle so you can understand about the amenities. Rooms are really needed to be upgraded. One thing I really forgot that for the whole night the ac is whistling. It has that much of noise. It is really pathetic & for me I will never ever stay in that hotel again. Food is ok.

It was near the airport, and elderly people were friendly. The food was amazing and there was also a comfortable pickup and drop to the airport
