Very nice stay. Peaceful atmosphere. Very courteous staff. Cleanliness excellent. Location is very comfortable . Restaurant is having a nice ambience. They can improve their outside lobby. They can also improve their menu and cooking style .

This is the worst hotel I came across. I booked this hotel when I travelled from UK. At the time of booking they didn’t mentioned anything in policy that local can’t get the room at the hotel and when I was checking in, they argued about the policies and didn’t give me the room.

My stay in room no 703 from 03.02.2025 to 04.02.2025 Worst ever experience in restaurant. The manager there was not atall cooperative and very rude. We asked for Jain food in break fast. We had a valid CP plan. The restaurant manager denied to provide any Jain dish except one of the dish available. He denied to serve the green salad requested by us. He was tonmuch rude for this post. He didn't offer or he was not willing to offer any alternative jain food he can prepare and provide which we get all over the world's hotel. We did complain at reception counter and they advised the manager to consult reception before communicating to guest, but he didn't bothered and he behaved same way non cooperative and rude. We will never come back to such hotel again and we won't recomand any body to stay there.

Hotel is centrally located.acessible main city area and tourists spots. Room is small but well equipped with amenities. Their break fast and food was nice. Room service and receptionist were very co operative. It's very close to the airport .

Lovely comfortable stay with timely service and luxurious feel and comfort. location near to Airport. Overall recommended. Nice helpful and poltergeist staff. Clean rooms, toilets and nice ambience. It was my first stay and I liked it quite much.

Newly poorly built hotel Has 8 floors each floor with 6 rooms. Rooms don't have much space i had to ask staff to remove unnecessary furniture to creat space for my 2 suitcase. If you are someone who needs floor space for prayers, exercise like yoga or any other reason you will really struggle for space in the room. The bathroom is poorly designed the shower water is not contained in a enclosure its open and water wets the entire bathroom if someone wants to use the toilet or basin after someone has had a shower you will have to step on puddles of water. The bathroom is also so compact when you use the shower your toilet roll gets wet and unusable. Also this hotel has a problem with hot water for shower i had to request so many times it never got fixed for a long long time. They should have put just 5 rooms on ea ch floor and not 6 for better spaces in the rooms. I will NEVER EVER return to this hotel even if I was offered for free. Also all the positive reviews are not genuine hotel staff help customers to type the reviews. Please don't waste your time and money at this hotel Also the bathroom has the traditional bucket and stool to a bath which not many people use nowadays and if needed it should be removed and provided on request.This hotel doesn’t clean your room everyday they only clean it if you ask them to clean and do your bed sheets and give you dry towels if you don’t ask for cleaning it remains like that for your entire stay.

We were on a journey from Jamshedpur to Udaipur for a trip to Rajasthan. On the way, we needed a place to stay at Ahmedabad; our train to Udaipur was on the next day from Asarva Jn. So, looking at the rating and reviews, I selected this hotel. The overall experience was not bad. The room was extremely small, although all the required amenities were there. However, for a middle aged couple, with substantial amount of luggage, this room was not just appropriate. Hotel staff were good and responsive – room service was prompt, food was tasty. Due to its prominent location, we did not have any trouble getting a cab to reach the station at 5:30 in the morning. Anyway, it was a matter of just one night, so we managed. But the price that I had to pay without breakfast/meal does not make it a value for money option.

The hotel room is having good space with clean wash room. Also, the behavior of every staff members were extremely good. The restaurant of the hotel also serves very hot and delicious food. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will also recommend for staying in this hotel.
