除了房費必須額外支付一人約兩萬台幣到島上的飛機票/也就算了， 還是跟工作人員一起擠小飛機？ 除了抵達與離開有工作人員歡送覺得滿可愛的以外，其他很勉強. 到上食物一般般，床也一般般， 房間一般般.就是被行銷圖片跟影片吸引 到達現場才知道兩回事！

This is our second time at Amanpulo. We came back because we missed the team that took care of us during our first stay. It's such a pleasure to be welcomed by familiar faces! Here is what a first-time traveller needs to know about the property: Reservations and Booking: I found it challenging to coordinate our booking with the Reservations team. Requests and questions were met with immediate rejections, if not incorrect information. They take awhile to respond that I had to call IDD just to follow up and clarify certain things pertaining to our stay. The Property: Outdated and rundown. We stayed in the beach casita, which would benefit from a complete renovation, along with some of its outlets, such as the beach club and the clubhouse, among others. Guests are provided with golf carts to explore the whole island, which was lovely. FOOD & BEVERAGE: Food was ok albeit quality slightly deteriorated. It would be nice to have some salads and sandiwches as options along with more international and local cuisines. Wine selection has improved, although the pricing can be adjusted so as not to deter guests from purchasing bottles from the outlets. I understand that the clientele has the paying capacity, but from a hotel's inventory you don't want to spoil the wines sitting and not being drank. Intelligent pricing and flexibility could help boost revenue to encourage guests to dine and drink; especially for guests staying longer. The Beach: HEAVEN. Crystal clear waters, and warm powdery sand. Not much corals to see but turtles are everywhere. Monitor lizards roaming around the island as well. Activities: During our stay, we rented go-karts and went wall climbing (at a cost). Water activities such as snorkelling with turtles, banana boats, and paddleboards are also included as part of the amenities offered free of charge. Bicycles are also provided for free. There is a play area where babies and kids can hang, and a lovely tennis court that you can book. Yoga and gym are available on the island as well. Service and Team: EXCELLENT. Marc, our butler for the whole trip, ensured that our arrival, stay, and departure were smooth. He is very efficient and responds immediately. Vince and Daniel from the Beach club ensured we were treated like royalty. Their attention to detail (remembering our food preference, drinks, etc, from last year) is remarkable. Before we asked, they delivered! This is rare in hotels nowadays. We opted for a private dinner in our casita the night before. Jazmyl, the one in charge of setting up everything, and she made sure the night was flawless. Her passion and love for what she does is evident. Her extra mile to ensure we had a good ambience and a good time is such a lovely touch. It seemed like the team didn't have enough resources to execute their tasks well, but they made it work (cute garden lights and a portable speaker, all personally owned by Jasmyl, were used for our dinner). We felt like dining in a Michelin-star

Went there just few days ago to celebrate my birthday. VIP treatment started at the arrival, where you will be fetched by their representative and wi be brought to private hangar. At the hangar, service was great. Staff very attentive. You will have an unlimited coffee and light snacks. Their banana bread is to die for. Their private plane as expected is small but comfortable (though it was hot at first) Upon arrival at the island you will be greeted by the staff with calamansi drink and sampaguita flowers 10-15mins of tour around the island before going to your designated room Our room is Casita 23 and it has the best view (recommend to book this room) They have complimentary drinks and small snacks The food is great and i love it. Initially i have lower expectation for this because of the poor review. I love their amanpulo sushi and gindara (decided to ear same food the following night). Grouper fish, Tempura, potato salad, wagyu burger, halo halo, pho ba, ramen, steak, danggit and vigan longganisa, mochi, Hokkaido scallop, hokkaido cheese cake are all delicious. Though i was disappointed with their turon (needs improvement haha or prob because of the hype). Pizza and kare-kare bagnet also needa improvement but my kids live the pizza making exp. Complimentary snorkeling was a memorable one, able to swim with turtle.s. Did not expect to see a lot of turtles even in the lagoon club Their beach is really beautiful better than maldives or coron (based on my experienced or opinion only ok? And not everybody else) Their service is good. I like how Ms. Claire handle our stay there. Overall it’s 9.5/10 for us.. except for the beach which is 100/10.

For me - THE BEST! We were met by personnel who will greet you with sampaguita leis and cold drink and will personally escort you to your villa. The room was heaven! The view - to die for. The resort personnel- EXCELLENT! No kidding! Theirs is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE…

When we arrived we were greeted by our butlers. They were fantastic. They were there to assist with anything we needed at any time. far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom villa with another couple. The size of the property was more than we had expected. Very beautiful and very private. Our chef - WOW - he cooked the most amazing dinners for us. We had a pig roast on the beach one night that I would highly recommend. We also ate dinner at all of the restaurants. A special callout to Ian at the Lagoon Club. He went above and beyond. The beach is AMAZING. It is one of the finest beaches I have ever been on. Rarely did we see anyone there. I brought rafts to float in the water - and every one an then a turtle would pop up.. just incredible. It is definately a long trip from the US, but it worth it.

Finally, we made it here with high hopes. The island itself is simply spectacular, secluded, very private, pristine white sands and crystal clear sea water - the most beautiful beach i have seen, staff are absolutely amazing! However, compared to the jungle, mountain and thermal luxury resorts we have been to in Bali and Europe, I find the general amenities of Amanpulo too basic. Overall, our Amanpulo experience was just average but I would still comeback here for the beautiful beach!
