Everything was good but need to improve the breakfast variety and quality. The food was cold. The bread quality was not upto mark.

First of all they have pathetic restaurant services. As per booking plan, we were entitled for the free breakfast and lunch/dinner; however both night we struggled for the food. First night dinner was prepared only keeping the foreign guest in mind. No test at all, no spice only boiled type of food and as desert most shockingly we were denied to serve gulab jamun. They only served one piece of the gulab jamun to both of us and when asked for another, they simply denied. Second day- when we reached for dinner, they didn't have buffet and handed over the menu to order food. When we asked for starters they said we can't serve as you are not entitled for starters. We were really annoyed with their cheap behaviour. Above all, when tea was ordered, they served tea on the room without even a single piece of biscuits. When we asked for it, they served 5 jigjam biscuits on the name of cookies and charged rs 80 for it. On our check out day, breakfast timing was upto 10. 30 am but we were forced to have our breakfast early as they didn't have any other guest leftover for breakfast and they wanted to wrap up kitchen early.

Hi very bed stayed ac now working properly if working water leakage in ac and my laptop is kept in the desk due to this my leptop demage and also the washroom bath nala not on and off not the value of the money. Price is too higher of the property against service and room very bed stayed

Good location. Accessible at walking distance to some good restaurants and cafe on main road. Around 2. 7kms from taj mahal which is fine as you can book ola/uber to any location from there. Property surrounding is also great, not at all crowdy or congested like other properties. Food is good at quality as prices are bit on higher side. Tv remotes were not working at all, even the technicians couldn’t help ( services and people working there are very polite and helping.

Rooms were good, spacious and well kept. Courteous and helpfu staff. Hotel properties good but surroundings are affecting it.

Near to all prime location. Neat and clean room. Staffs are good. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool available.
