The room was not clean and there is no geyser in washroom even in winter days and also tv was not working after many follow ups the staff not co-operate only said 2 min or 5 min. Very boas experience.

Overall experience was good. Food was excellent. Room was neat and clean. Staff behaviour was good. One thing that was not upto the mark was that staff gave me bill very less than that was paid by me at the time of booking. When i inquired they reply that excess amt has gone to make my trip and we gives bill only that amt which is paid to us

Dirty bedsheets, broken mattress, missing fan regulator, and exposed wiring. Shower was leaking from sides.
