Just fabulous. The hotel itself is beautiful and the facilities are amazing, and the food is excellent. The views are spectacular. However, what made our holiday so fabulous was Alexandros and his team. They just made us feel so welcome, and we chilled out as soon as we arrived. We had the experience of a home from home. We definitely hope to return next year.

We’ve just returned from another wonderful stay at St Nicholas Bay Hotel, and once again, it was a magical experience. There’s something truly special about this place – from the friendly and attentive staff to the beautiful rooms, delicious food, and stunning beach. A special mention must go to Alex, the General Manager, who leads a fantastic team that consistently makes our visits unforgettable. My family and I have been coming to St Nicholas Bay for almost 20 years, and what impresses us each time is how the hotel continues to improve. The newly renovated pool with its breathtaking sunset views, along with other small yet thoughtful upgrades that enhance the overall experience. It's a rare find – a place that combines familiar comfort with continuous innovation. The breakfast is excellent, with a lovely view over the pool outside, with incredibly fresh food. The lunch options are top draw and you are spoiled for choice for dinner - the "Greek Evening" event each week is a must try. My husband and I have just returned from St Nicolas, we had a 10 night stay in a classic studio with a private pool. On the night of our arrival, we were literally stunned at how beautiful and clean the room was, the pool was perfect and from then we knew we were going to have a fabulous stay! We also used one of the main pools too which was a lovely saltwater infinity pool. There were plenty of sun beds available each day. The private beach was beautiful, the water was warm and crystal clear. My husband snorkelled each day as there were so many beautiful fish to see. We were half board which provided us with breakfast and evening meal. We did have discounted access to the themed restaurants which looked beautiful but we didn’t get around to booking one of them. We found the Labyrinthos restaurant was perfect, offering some of the best food of any hotel we have ever stayed in and authentic Greek options. We could select starters and mains from a wonderful buffet area and choose a main from a menu which changed each day. We ventured into Agios on a couple of evenings and found this to be beautiful! The tavernas had stunning views of the sea whilst you ate. There were also lots of interesting shops to see. A taxi from the hotel was only €7 for a 5-10 min journey. All the staff in the hotel were amazing and super friendly and helpful, working hard to keep the resort looking clean and immaculate. I would like to especially mention Maria, Nektaria and Ellie who mainly looked after us at meal times and were always so cheerful, happy and couldn’t enough for you! I will miss them! We wouldn’t hesitate to return again as it was a truly stunning holiday and gave us a touch of paradise, if only for a few days! Thank you to all at St. Nicolas!

We stayed here for the first time from 29th July till 5th August and it was absolutely incredible. The staff are what makes this place so unique, they are fantastic. So kind and helpful all the time, nothing is ever too much for them. They made a huge fuss of both my children (age 1 and 7) and every night I would go to the bar to get milk for my daughter's bottle, they warmed it and filled it up completely free of charge, by the 3rd night they already warmed it before I even got there as they knew I was coming! The facilities are incredible. Do not hesitate to book this, yes it is pricey, but it's so so worth the money. All the small details are thought out, plus the food is insane! Buffet always sounds so cheap, but this was a buffet like no other, and you can order a main from the menu at no extra cost. Alex the manager was always around, morning, noon and night, saying hello to guests and making people feel welcome. He made such a huge effort with my little girl Cleo who reminded him of his granddaughter, and he even gifted my son a present at the end of the holiday a lovely piece of artwork on stone. He was present all the time. Big shout out to Manya who worked on the drinks at breakfast and at the lunch bar, she was so friendly and just a beautiful soul. I hope she sees this review and gets praise, she didn't have a name tag on but she should have! She's so amazing with the guests and the children too, my son George was sad to say goodbye to her as she would give him a cuddle every day. I could go on and on, but just know this place is pure luxury and the children were made to feel just as welcome as the adults. We hope to be back in the future. Thank you Alex, Manya, Nikos (the porter who was the happiest person you could ever possibly meet) and the pool guy, whose name I don't know but he was young, dark stubble and bald head, all of you made our holiday so perfect.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint. I am always skeptical about second hotel visits as often they don’t live up to your first experience, however this proved to be just as good, if not better. We had a couple of issues regarding our room, not really the hotels fault as our room was just a bit smaller than we had hoped, however they dealt with it perfectly. Alexandros, the hotel manager, could not have been more accommodating and offered us a choice of other rooms. This made us even more confident that this hotel was our favourite hotel we have ever stayed at. The friendliness of all the staff was amazing, they always remembered our room number when we ordered anything and greeted us like they knew us well but at the same time very respectfully. They were all the same staff from last year which was very comforting and gave us familiarity. The cleaning staff around the pool area, bathrooms were brilliant always keeping bathrooms to a very high standard. Housekeeping were also amazing. We will definitely be returning next year, which we have never done before - a third year in a row.

Beautiful resort and location. The staff cannot do enough to look after you and make sure you are comfortable. I book the trip for my mums bday and we were very lucky to be upgraded to a beautiful jacuzzi suite. The hotel management always visible, ensuring high standard and a repertoire of performance, wine tasting, nice gifts in the room. You cannot go wrong. Will certainly return.
