Aquila Elounda Village Resort, Suites & Spa

Went here as season started early May which ment everything was just getting going. seemed very unfocused on guests. However Konstantinos with his fabulous smile in the Mirabelo at lunch and the Symposium in the evening restored our holiday here. Very clean and well kept resort. App is a little behind the times but can see it working. However this removes even more of the lacking personal touch expected.

If you want to relax the place is great and me and my friend had a fantastic time. I wanted to give a special mention to Konstantinos ❤️ he brought us much joy when serving us at the restaurants and is a fabulous part of the Aquila community/staff. He really went out of his way to make our trip here feel extra special. All the staff are lovely too! Thanks for another fab stay! Hannah & Bella

We went on honeymoon and had a couples massage, It was fantastic, the facilities are amazing, the steam and Sauna pre massage was brilliant. Sofia was very professional, excellent, it was a perfect last afternoon of our trip.

Just had the most amazing meal at Chefs Grill at Aquila Elounda Village Hotel & Spa. Everything perfectly cooked even on the outdoor grill. Setting is second to none and great friendly service and staff Will definitely be back again and would highly recommend

Wr have just had a 10 day stay and it was a wonderful holiday. The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and the view was spectacular from our balcony. All the room facilities are good with the mini bar topped up daily when needed. The grounds and pool are immaculate with a lot of pride in how they are kept. We only ate in the main restaurant and each meal, we were half board, was beautifully presented with a good range of fresh fruit and vegetables and the most delectable pastries. It was lovely to have the mini market available on the premises so we were able to buy water but would have liked to buy some fruit too as Elounda is rather a long walk or taxi ride away. However, Elounda is a very pretty port and an excellent chance to island hop to Spinalonga The front of house staff at reception are always very helpful, especially Thomas who has excellent English and was incredibly caring and helpful. We had a wonderful holiday with lots of happy memories.

The staff definitely make a place and Elounda Village was wonderful. Beautiful hotel, fabulous food and gorgeous cocktails. Yes the hotel is on a hillside and VERY steep and uneven in places but it is well worth a visit. Getting your head around what is and isn’t included in the AI is a bit tricky, especially if you have different grades of rooms, as is having to sign a chit for everything you order. All in all though a great holiday
