Domes Aulus Elounda All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton

We stayed for a week in a zen sapphire suit with a private pool. Something we wanted to try, so we didn't need to visit the main pool and the need to reserve sunbeds. We were not disappointed as we had the sun from the morning, though, to 3pm. Amazing views to wake up too every day. The food was great and all of the staff are so polite and can't do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If you really look hard to find falt you will but overall our stay was perfect. Yes, the hill is steep, but the shuttle bus, cars, and golf carts are frequent. Without the hill, you would not have those fantastic views. We also called a cart, dialling reception from our room if we needed to go somewhere without waiting outside the room for one to pass by. I would advise booking the restaurants on arrival. We had no issues visiting them all, and they were all great, especially the cool living evening restaurant. Overall, it was a very relaxing feel to the hotel. The beach is great, water is nice and warm. Elounda is around 15 minutes walk away. A pleasant walk to shops, restaurants, etc. Plaka is a short cab ride away. It's smaller than Elounda, very nice with boat trips to Spinalonga Island. The grab and go fridges are quick and easy. Cool living has the added gin and vodka mixers, which are great for the room. All the drinks were very good quality. And if it's a beer you want, then that's on self-serve taps. Main bar and cool living. We really enjoyed our stay and a lot of that was to do with the room we booked. I'm not sure all rooms in the 600s have the sun like we did. We had great communication with the hotel prior to and during our stay to make sure everything was as expected.

We have just had the most beautiful stay at this hotel. We relaxed the minute we arrived! Views spectacular, food delicious and plenty of choice in everything, all staff friendly and happy to help. Never any problems getting transport from top to bottom of hill and back, and had some nice chats with staff. We stayed in a jacuzzi room in 700s - thoroughly recommend. Every amenity you could ever want in your room - all the usuals plus plus, very thoughtful. Entertainment excellent - dancing, Cretian and DJ evenings, plus other musicians and singers. We thoroughly recommend. You will have a lovely stay.

We arrived 17/06/2025 to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary. We had been speaking on email with Elini who was very helpful and reassuring. I was very anxious after reading dome reviews but we didn't have to worry. Upon arrival we were given welcome drinks and told to take a seat. Check in was very quick. We were given a complimentary room upgrade. Our whole trip was fabulous. From the amazing food, the delicious cocktails, the attentive staff, we had the best time. We never had an issue getting a sunbed. We were in block 7 so did have the benefit of cool living which was worth it in my opinion. The buffet lunch in cool living was superb. We would like to mention George the hotel manager who was welcoming and so hospitable he even had champagne dropped to our room. George who drives the golf buggies and vehicles was our absolute favourite, so kind and happy all the time. I do understand some peoples concerns regarding the steep hills to the rooms but we always called reception and got picked up within a few minutes, its so well organised so don't let that put you off! Plus you will get to meet George! We will be back next year! Well done to all the staff!

Our second time in Crete. we chose an all inclusive property for the first time with some doubt (all inclusive is not our vacation type...), to our wedding aniverssary . We love the hospitality from the staff - great hospitality !! Mr. Manolis, Mr. Dimitrius and their team try their best to make our stay wonderfull and they make it !!! Restaurants & food are high level - But yiu need to find a table/set reservation and that is a chalange..... But, if you made it, you will enjoy it! Beach is also nice. The spa is small but nice. We took the Zen package and we will take it again because we will be back for sure.

A wonderful stay in a cascading hotel for adults only. Varied meals in several restaurants will certainly satisfy the most demanding palates. The view from the window to the sea gives peace and relaxation. I definitely recommend this hotel, the staff knows what it takes to ensure peace. The rooms are well-equipped and cleaned daily. I will gladly return here someday.

Wow 10/10 resort. You will not regret booking this holiday, we upgraded to shared pool in normal not cool living and it was exceptional! The food was outstanding. I’m gluten free and they provided me with gluten free bread and pasta every night you just have to ask. The food and cocktails were really good and the grab and go drinks were such a great idea you just grab out the fridge cans of drink instead of plastic cups. The staff were incredible, I didn’t catch names apart from Mika at dinner who was so lovely. But all staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. I would 100% recommend this hotel, the private beach was amazing as well. Thank you!
