For a 'budget' self-catering holiday, you could not do any better than the Marina Apartments. They have everything you need and Marina and her team are excellent hosts. There are multiple supermarkets in the town of Agios Gordios and the High street is packed with restaurants. Mind you, the pool bar at the Marina has a good choice of snacks and meals to choose from too, if you just want to laze by the pool and Costas and George don't go halves on their measures "Greek Style!" We had a fantastic 8-day break which went by all too fast!

what a shame, this hotel has the best pool area I've ever seen, it's peaceful, set in beautiful surroundings and Kostas and his staff are second to none. The hotel itself is in dire need of updating. I know it was a typical greek family run type hotel but to not have a shower that works for the whole holiday is unacceptable. If your disabled or even struggle a bit with moving about don't come here as it's not disabled or wheelchair friendly. The town is beautiful but very small and quiet, there is a very steep hill up to the hotel but we knew that before booking but it is a lot steeper than you might think. Cleaners are fantastic and bar staff once again are brilliant. Wouldn't return.

Just had a 4 day stay at the marina apartments and have to say enjoyed every minute of it ,the rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed 3 of the four days ,were greeted on arrival with a food pack biscuits,toast ,jams,water orange juice nice touch ,the only downside of this wonderful hotel is the hill its a real killer coming back from the town but hey you can’t have it all ways ,after the slog your met with a wonderful pool which my granddaughter loved and spend all day in it ,bar staff were superb and ate one to which the food was very tasty thank marina for a wonderful stay and yes I will be back

Stayed here for 4 days and have to say it was fantastic. Great room with all you need to cook if you wish to do so. Nice seating area outside. The complex is spot across the road but not a problem at all as it was just a couple sets of stairs down to a really nice pool with bar serving food and drinks. Plenty of loungers available and there are different events on at the pool from a pool party to cinema on the water. Food at the bar was good with a range of food and daily specials which were really good . Host was good and helpful and we will definitely return to these apartments It’s just a 2 min walk to a range of restaurants and 5-7 mins to the beach.

The apartments are basic unfortunately for us we were in 604 which overlook a small woodland with a lot of trees, we had no breeze because of the greenery on a very small balcony. There are 44 steps to reception and another 55 down a steep hill to the pool. There is a steep hill leading from the resort to reach the apartments which is not great if you have mobility problems. When asked if we could change rooms we were told NO.

Nice apartment basic but very clean equipped with everything you need very friendly staff and the lady and her mother who run the place are very hospitable even gave us towels to use on the beach there is a bit of a climb up a hill to the apartments and some steps depending on what floor your staying on there is a lovely big pool down some steps or steep ramp with sun loungers and umbrellas a lovely pool bar and restaurant with two great guys behind the counter very friendly and helpful,the apartments are a short walk to shops supermakets restaurants and the beach all in all we had a wonderful stay here and would return again

We loved it here! It is perfectly situated with amazing views of the hills from the balcony. Only a few mins walk from the Main Street. Good size pool and even in Aug it wasn’t too busy. Rooms are pristine with lots of lovely touches. It all feels very well-cared for with super helpful staff. Excellent value too (air con was included). Many thanks 🙏

Following a delayed flight, we arrived late but it was no problem, there was someone waiting for us when we got there. All the staff are absolutely lovely. The room was good, nice and clean with lovely views over the pool. Location is great to walk down to the village and beach (it’s a steep climb back so be aware if you have mobility issues) We only stayed a couple of days so didn’t use the pool but it looks amazing! The only problem for us was the noise from adjoining rooms. We could hear everything from next door; music on the first night until the early hours and they were obviously enjoying each other’s company greatly! 😱

O apartamento fica bem localizado, perto de Agios Gordios , de restaurantes e de mercados. Tem estacionamento. Não tem elevador e ainda tem muitas escadas. Atenção porque não é friendly para idosos ou pessoas menos fit. O apartamento em que ficamos era minúsculo , sobretudo para 4 pessoas (dava no máximo para 2 adultos e uma criança). Era bastante antigo, com uma casa de banho micro e um duche quase difícil de caber lá dentro. A cozinha também muito velhinha, pouco funcional. Não há microondas. Varandas boas com vista linda do pôr do sol Piscina excelente (não era no nosso bloco de apartamentos, é preciso descer uma ladeira ). Como não foi caro, acho que está justo para o preço.
