CNic Gemini Hotel

The hotel is a very mixed experience. We went on the last week of the season so it was unsurprisingly quiet. The rooms were lovely and clean. The housekeeping team couldn’t do enough, cleaning our room everyday. We just found the hotel very boring. We were promised entertainment, yet there was none, even the music was minimal. The restaurant was the biggest disappointment. The food by all accounts was nice, just extremely repetitive and there was one occasion I cut open my chicken to find it raw pink.. another point worth mentioning is one staff member in the restaurant - he was a man always in a blue shirt and as a young girl he made me very uncomfortable, constantly staring at me in all the wrong places, beside that though it was okay. Breakfast was a particularly good point. For an all inclusive hotel, we did also find that there were no snacks included a little disappointing. The man behind the bar was absolutely lovely and I wish we’d caught his name. I would say it’s an ideal hotel if you plan to sit on a sun bed the whole time and have an early night, but if not, I’d maybe look elsewhere.

It was a very nice week what WE spent in Corfu with my partner. I have to thank especially the Animation Team for their work, they made our stay even more fun on the bit cooler days as well. I liked the quiet rooms and the free parkplaces. I recommend the evening shows with the always fun Animation Chef. I would love to go back next year again.

Inability and ignoration from receptionist is horrible Our room has broken toilet and shower. Only after 10 hours - issue has been partially solved by hotel, after next two requests, (partially - shower stayed broken all time) After 2 days magnetic cards stop working so it was necessary to rewrite data on cards.

The hotel was very accessible for my wife ,very clean and tidy,the room was very comfortable, very clean,spacious and well equipped, the air conditioning worked well ,the fridge in the room was an added bonus in the hot weather. The staff were all friendly and approachable whilst being professional and polite. We have stayed in quite a few all inclusive hotels across Europe and without a doubt the food at the Gemmini was the best we have experienced. I would not hesitate to book again to stay in this hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly awful experience. From the moment we arrived ! There was no WiFi, and none of the power sockets in my room worked. The kettle was broken, the flush was broken and the shower head was also damaged. To make matters worse, there was no shower curtain, which is a major safety issue due to the wet floors. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, with only one person at reception able to speak English. The TV in my room was hanging off the wall with wires exposed, creating a hazardous environment. If you want to iron your clothes, there is only one iron available for the entire hotel, and they chase you to return it immediately. When I asked to speak to the manager to complain about these issues and the lack of technical support for the WiFi, I was told that they were too busy to speak with me. I have traveled extensively and have never encountered such a poorly managed hotel. Avoid this place at all costs!

Best hotel I’ve stayed at! All the staff are lovely and are so easy to communicate with all have great English. Ivan, the entertainer, was brilliant formed a great bond with him and was more than happy to ensure all of his guests were happy and satisfied, he definitely made the atmosphere feel more homely. Will be sad to be leaving him. Defiantly will consider coming back next year. The hotel rooms were clean and come equipped with a kettle and hair dryer, cleaners were also so respectful and would always know I before asking if we wanted room service. Front of house were also always willing to answer any questions we had and never complained about anything! Loved this hotel overall and cannot recommend enough :)
