Hari Club Beach Resort

Hotel was acceptable... food was standard.. but we had a fantastic time.. the animation team was brilliant especially blacky and zizzo.. The bar staff were exceptional too especially Mohamed (dali) and ilyes. Beautiful people, always welcomed us with big smiles. They are all a credit to the hotel. Thanks for a great time.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and even better staff highly recommend , weather was amazing during our trip, nice pool area, beach and brilliant entertainment from Nina, Dana and co, would definitely go back there and bring our children they would love it

Just arrived home from hari beach resort, was apprehensive after reading bad reviews, was pleasantly surprised, spotlessly clean, towels changed every day and bedding every other day, food was nice but that's a personal preference, 2 shops 5 mins walk away, not much around but plenty of trips to go on if you chooses to get out and about. Pool area nice , staff all very polite and friendly. All in all a very nice week in glorious sunshine, we were in a renovated room which was very nice and nothing to complain about, animation team so friendly, For the price we paid it was 5 star.

Great hotel friendly staff, lovely weather. Food was good was quiet due to being Ramadan but we made the most of it. The pool was cold but there is a indoor heated which was nice. The beach needs a good clean up but that was being done as we was leaving ready for the season to start

We’ve just come back after staying here as a family 4 adults 1 child can all honestly say I’d return back we got a cheap deal so I wasn’t expecting 5 star hotel, it was my 2nd time returning to Djerba so I knew what to expect with the country, they was always something for us to eat even for my child who don’t eat chicken or beef or nuggets, staff are so friendly always say morning. The rooms was nice and clean couldn’t fault them at all, the animation team was a bit hit and miss but I’m guessing that’s due to been out of season so not many people there but was still good and interacted. Life guard was really good couldn’t fault him always interacted with my son always came to see him through out the day, we went to the crocodile farm that’s definitely a must under 4s go free there’s a bloke who comes round the pool selling trips please book the crocodile farm. Me and my mum got a massage within the hotel which was also very good that’s also a MUST if you like a good massage. We never went to the beach even though it’s a 60 second walk from the pool, my partner took my little boy to have a look they was people with camels on there but didn’t harass you just left you to it. The staff within the hotel always go the extra mile they wasn’t much puddings my son would eat on a tea time so we asked them if he could have ice cream and they let him, it’s not always open on a tea time. They also do a small section for vegetarians as well if you make them aware, they do home made pizza within the main restaurant which is lovely but goes very quick but there constantly doing pizzas, breakfast was ok to as well as tea. Al carte wasn’t open but again I’m guessing it’s to do with been out of season and it not been busy but again that didn’t bother us, nothing near the hotel apart from 2 shops Outside the complex.

I have to say this was one of the best holidays I have been on. the staff were the best. They couldn't do enough for you. When we arrived they took us straight into the restaurant so we could eat before enjoying our evening in the bar. The room The room was nice and clean had a small radiator in as the night could get a little chilly. There was blackout curtains on the doors leading outside to the balcony. There was plenty of space to hang clothes up. The beds were lovely to sleep on. There was a small fridge that I only used for water. There wasn't a kettle so I think the hotel would really benefit from adding those. Although it was easy enough to pop to the bar or restaurant to get one and take it to your room. The rooms have a safe which is free and very easy to use. Press the reset button, press the key button add pin and it works brilliant. The balcony was nice part wall and part glass. I really enjoyed watching the birds and the two gorgeous dogs. The bathroom it had plenty of toilet rolls. Mini soaps, shower gel and shampoo were great and the replenished them often. I could tell the bathroom was dated but it was clean. You could tell that there water causes trouble with limescale build up which was evident in the toilet too. These didn't bother me in the least as limescale isn't harmful. Yes my toilet roll holder was loose but hey nothing is ever perfect. I am a bit of a germaphobe. And if I feel that anything is unclean I won't step on it or touch it. And I felt safe to touch things and walk bare foot, so that's a good sign. Yes some areas needed a paint refresh but at the end of the day how much time do you really spend in the room. To be honest I don't even need a tv. The towels were a little old but I'm sure by summer they would all be replaced. They did there job at drying me. The food Now I am a picky eater but I also like to try new things and I also have delicate stomach so I always worry about food when I go away. There was limited food as there wasn't really that many people there. I did try most things and they were very nice. There was different style of potatoes every night. However I am a big chip fan and they only appeared at lunch the last 3 days of our week there. I think the hotel should really have them there at dinner and tea every day as both me and my daughter really loved them. I loved there salads. I tried the chicken soup which they spelt wrong in English which had me laughing. It Was nice but needed seasoning. The bread there was amazing especially the one that tasted like naan bread. The desserts were amazing I loved them too much lol. I really wished there would of been ice cream. My daughter is also a picky eater and she really struggled to find things she liked so she mainly lived off pizza, pasta and sauce and bread. Now the big issue for me was breakfast i love a full English obviously being a Muslim country i knew they would be no bacon or sausages but other places seem to substitute with
