1 Canceled But No Refund Review of Haidi House B&B Reviewed 2 days ago I made a reservation in Jun 2023 for a stay in May 2024. I had to cancel a week later but Haidi House will not refund the money, although it was fully refundable. Haidi House was not supposed to charge my credit card until check-in but charged it the day after I made the reservation. I have attempted numerous times to contact the establishment through email in English and Italian, but they do not respond. Prior to my cancellation they responded quickly to all my emails and seemed very helpful. From what I can read and see, it seems like a wonderful place to stay. But refusing a refund crosses the line for me.

I booked a refundable pay later room via ******* but had to cancel (my trip was booked for 5/2024 so plenty of time for me to cancel) and this hotel had the nerve to charge me for the 2 rooms. They do not return emails and told ******* they are not refunding me. This is illegal!! DO NOT BOOK HERE CANT TRUST THEM. They also charged my brother as well.

We celebrated the 1y wedding anniversary on the Amalfi Coast and really enjoyed the 2nights stop over at the b&b in the mountains, for some relaxing, peaceful and beautiful hikes. We loved hiking the Path of the Gods and Heidi b&b is the perfect location for it. We drove the car to the free large car park near Crazy Bar and left it there during the hike. Then we spent the evening eating lovely Italian food in the village followed by homemade wine at the house in the garden, listening to the crickets. The room was very comfortable (good bed, shower) air conditioning/ cold or warm air. Private parking and the best breakfast included in the stay with fresh fruit, eggs, ham, homemade cakes and coffee. I highly recommend it to couples, families or small groups (4, 6 ppl). If you want a break from the sea and Amalfi, come in the mountains for a few days. If you want to drive back down to the coast it is a 30 min max drive. Enjoy the hospitality of the host at Heidi House

Agerola is a busy village in the hills above Amalfi, with a good bus service to most places. Heidi house is a small guest house which is family run and is excellent. The rooms are immaculate with large beds and bathrooms. The breakfast is fantastic, the cakes and pastries are fresh every day with some home made and great coffee. Very friendly and accommodating would recommend for couples and families touring the Amalfi coast.

Un’ottima permanenza di una settimana a casa della Signora Adelaide, di una cortesia e di una sapienza infinite, che ha saputo consigliarci ed intrattenerci con il sorriso e l’allegria tutti i giorni. La struttura bellissima, immersa nel verde, pulita e spaziosa, la camera grande così come il bagno, è stata apprezzatissima. La colazione abbondante e ogni giorno assortita con un dolce fatto in casa da Adelaide, che si è sempre assicurata di metterci da parte una fetta :) Tornerei senza ombra di dubbio! Un grazie speciale da Alexa e Martino (quelli di Firenze)

Un ottima esperienza, colazione ampia e gustosa, camera ampia e pulita, bagno privato pulito ed ampio, struttura gestita sapientemente da una signora gentile, educata e disponibilissima... Se dovessi tornare ad Agerola, la sceglierei nuovamente.... Consigliata

Ho trovato tutti molto accoglienti e professionali. Camere molto attrezzate e pulitissime. La proprietaria signora Adelaide gentile e disponibile situato vicino a vedute bellissime comodo ad andare a piedi al centro città. Anche i pullman x andare ad Amalfi sono vicini

La casa molto carina e principalmente pulitissima, le camere grandi e spaziose. Con un balcone che girava intorno su due lati della palazzina. Il bagno enorme e pulito con tutti i comfort, doccia spettacolare con un getto formidabile. La colazione inclusa nel prezzo era molto varia e buonissima! Con cornetti freschi, pomodori del campo vicino buonissimi! Torta fatta in casa formaggi freschi ecc… Insomma consigliato vivamente, la proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Un buon punto fuori dal caos della costiera per chi vuole assaporare i veri sapori della natura!
