Everything was perfect. Staff, food, cleaniness etc. Location is also good. I would like to visit again.

Very comfortable and warm room with the essentials. But the breakfast time is very late. We could not have breakfast in the hotel for two days as they were not ready on time as promised by them. Only on the checkout day we had the breakfast. Breakfast was good. Issue with hot water. They said 24/7 hot water available but we had to call them in the morning so that we get hot water. The hotel management should look into this matter. Food was tasty and portion of food also sufficient for two people.

I stayed at this property with my family recently. I have visited agartala office and on in the past two years and have stayed in a number of other properties as well. I found the location quite appropriate, there is parking space for about 2 four wheelers in case you are self driving. The staff is courteous and the place clean. The rooms are spacious for the price and room service and other amenities are easily availed. I had a day when i forgot my mobile in the room and could not return until evening as i was outside agartala. One call to the gm got me confirmation that the mobile had been located in the room and that it would remain under safe custody.

Nice clean room.good staff.no disturbance.price is high for tier2/tier 3 city.must reduce in this price,breakfast must be included at least.

The hotel is located at prime location of the city. Rooms are very neat and clean. Behaviour of staff was very good.
