It was worse hotel at agartala

ホテルのインターネットが故障していて大変不便を強いられました。冷蔵庫やタオルは清潔ではありません。シャワーと蛇口の切り替えのレバーも壊れています。スタッフの対応や朝食は良かったです。ロケーションは良かったです。バングラデシュの国境に近く、外食や買い物にも便利でした。

Room is good. Service is poor. Again Food is good. But everyday I have to keep waiting for fresh towels and reception says to contact house keeping and house keeping does not respond over intercom. On 06-012025 even I had to wait till 10.30 pm for a fresh towel. Reception welcome or on daily basis when you face somebody at reception nobody is having even greets you. It felt like “farak nahin padta “ type.

I enjoyed staying here, hotel staff are excellent. Location is right at town, easy access for everything. Thank you, i would love to come and stay here whenever i come to agartala.

As per mm t room should be city view but they denied to provide. Lift is not working properly. Room is smelling bad

Good but the toilet leakages in flush & shower taps and wasting water. Water is preservative and keep it for future generations

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions

tv not working then change another room. that room also lock no working properly, room key is broken they changed me extra
