Really good experience. Breakfast was adequate , Mr. Mohamed, the restaurant manager was very hospitable. The entire staff was friendly & also was able to give us a free upgrade to the room with view. Although the WiFi was not the best in the room, we were ok. Overall, a good stay for a 3 day trip. Great location (9min walk from the beach).

The hotel is located in a good location, around 20min walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious. Staff are polite and welcoming. Loads of clubs next to the hotel. McDonald’s and Pizza Hut across the road from hotel.

My wife and I had an amazing trip and stay at Hamilton Agadir. It is walking distance from the beach and a lot of shops/food spots. The staff was very hospitable. we really enjoyed the pool/pool bar area. Most of all I would like to shout out the restaurant manager Mohamad. He really was a help with us getting things taken care of during our stay and even had great food recommendations. He is a great manager.

Me and my girlfriend were refused to check in because we didn’t have marriage certificate , so we asked if they will refund us . The receptionist claimed of course they will once the manager arrives . Until now for two months we haven’t received our refund even trip.com keeps refusing to help and cooperate with the matter !

I often stay here so i recommend it due to location. There has been upgrades to doors which are now electronic and you enter by tapping a code. There is now a new hammam place downstairs which is very reasonably priced. Staff are amazing especially Soukaina at reception who remembered me from before.

Location was 20 mins from the beach. We booked a room with a garden/pool view, however initially they gave us a room with a view to the street. Once I have raised it with reception, they exchanged the room, however the bedsheets were full of hair and the room had cigarette smoke residue... Finally the pillows were too high and my wife has strained her neck after the night. Overall disappointing experience.

Me and my friend had a lovely time at the Hamilton, location was ideal has we decided not to rent a car. Close to everything. Even possible to travel to other cities in one day trips

Hamilton hotel situated in a prime location near popular attractions in Agadir, this hotel is known for its welcoming staff and convenient access to shopping and dining options.

The hotel service was very poor, no one helps you, bedding and towels are very old and worn out, room.service come early morning whilst ur sleeping amd take ur towels, replace with fresh ones late afternoon so ur basically waking up, showering washing up etc without any towels, 2 basic washing gel bottles, one near sink and one in shower, no kettle or water in room and upon asking for warm water was told none available, pool is cold and not very clean. If your room is on the front side then very noisy at nighy as 2 nightclubs next door, we were on basement floor so was quiet. Breakfast is same every day, overdone fried egg and parathas, cereal in open bowls, oranges and apples as fresh fruit amd croissants amd crumpets. If you like ur tea then I would suggest take your own tea bags as its very weak and also cold in the kettle in dining area. Was nice enough, had lovely lobby and pool area with table tennis,pool amd archery but overall was disappointed with the service

Amazing stay with amazing hosts!

Shower water pressure and temperature good. Bed comfortable enough. Floor is generally clean. Rooms have some parts renovated on the cheap or as needed but generally work. Expect every room to have something small broken in some way but still workable. No easy access to the beach; 14 minutes walk from the beach as there are no direct path and many hotel properties block direct access. Some receptionists at the front desk are nice but firm. Some other receptionnists are aggressive and/or snobs and will go on the defensive immediately. At the end if you talk to the right person they'll let you change room until you are satisfied. The cheap deal you can find online (333 MAD) is either small room twin beds with view on the pool (but behind the noisy elevators - 401) or a large room with king bed with view on the main street (329). Someone might have been murdered in 401 given the blood stained mattress. The final room I got (204) was nice; pool view and far away from the elevators that we don't hear the mechanical noises. The park in front is under construction.

Hotel was nice. Got into my room and saw it was very dirty. Waited 2 hrs before check in as they had to “clean up” went into the room there were used towels and pillows. Called reception up and no one came to give new towels even the next day. Cleaning Lady kept coming in my room acting like she had to change the bedding. She came into the room 5 times within 2 hrs and kept saying “oh sorry I thought it was check out room” an excuse they get away with a lot. No very happy with the service .

I love this hotel all staff was really friendly and helpful and good communication will stay there soon in future and will highly recommend
