Bonjour riad romantique mais pas chic ,ni classe ni même marocain..denaturaliser un riad typiquement marocain en chambre indienne franchement mauvais goût payer une suite a 230 euro et avoir un pommeau de douche sans fixation c vraiment bas.La télé uniquement local aucune chaîne française et une odeur de rose ou jasmin fort mais très fort dans tous l hotel on aime les fleurs mais pas à ce point là ça vous pique la gorge le soir et les éternuements non parlons pas...je vous conseille d aller ailleurs vous trouverez beaucoup mieux pour moins chère et au moins vous aiderez l économie locale . Je terminerai par " madame la patronne qui a le bonjour austère sachez que j avais pris la suite la plus chère de l hôtel et en vous croisant a l'accueil ni un sourire ou un ptit thé de bienvenue. Je suis déçu!

An absolutely gorgeous spa riad. The staff were exceptionally good, our room was very comfortable, the bathroom had a proper bath and separate shower which was fantastic. There is a bar which has live music every night. The restaurant staff went out of their way to accommodate our vegetarian diet and produced some good food for us. The hamman was great fun and I had one of the best massages I’ve had for years. The spa pool is warm and gorgeous. My only criticism is that it is located on the edge of town and there is very little within walking distance – you will be needing a car or using a taxi to go into Agadir

Avis restaurant: The worst experience I’ve ever had. My friends and I planned a quiet evening together to surprise a friend for her birthday. When we arrived, we decided to take a few photos in the alley. However, a security guard approached us, saying the owner of the place had instructed them to tell us that taking pictures was forbidden and that we needed to stop immediately. This was especially upsetting because others were taking photos without any issue. The discrimination was obvious, and it completely ruined the surprise we had planned. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Hotel location is a bit far away from shops and restaurants. You'll need a taxi to go anywhere. The hotel itself is charming and beautifully decorated. The thing that lets the Hotel down is the service. Our check in time was 2pm, we arrived at 1.50pm after a 4 hour drive. We were told our room wasn't ready and to take a seat and at 3.10 we're told our room is ready. No offer of a drink or a cold towel after the 4 hour drive. The food in the restaurant in the evening is excellent quality. But it's the same every night. The menu is only in French and when we asked if they had one in English it was a straight "non" from the waiter and then he left. We heard and saw other customers ask for a menu in English and they too were met with a nonchalant shrug of the shoulders. We used a translator app in the end. Only 2 choices at lunch, chicken or salmon sandwich. If your first language is French, you'll be looked after better than if your first language is English. The pool area is nice enough, could do with 3/4 more sunbeds. Overall experience was one of dissatisfaction.

Didn't stay here overnight, but had a cocktail on the hotel terrace and a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant. Food quality was good. Service too. Can't judge the accomodation quality, but the building seems to be the closest to a real Moroccan riad experience in the Agadir area, which is dominated by large hotels.

I do stay in a variety of different places whilst travelling and La Villa Balnche is one of my favourite properties. Sadly their service levels let them down. The premises are wonderful the rooms large and very well appointed- particularly at junior suite level. But you are not made to feel welcome here and whilst the food is lovely, the menu is rather limiting and, once again, service is not good. Grounds are very well maintained. Spa is lovely but again service issues there too.
