Dirty and poorly maintained, not enough facilities open for the amount of people staying there. Long queues for food, not enough glasses for drinks or cups for tea/coffee had to drink from plastic cups. Rooms felt dirty, towels had holes in them, blanket on the bed felt awful and dirty. Hot water was like warm at best

Unfortunately the reviews are correct. Room was damp and had a bad odour. Kept the majority of clothes locked in suitcase as those out felt damp. Small dull light in bathroom no where near the shower so dark showers! Sounded like there was a nightclub underneath us, very loud and went on until early hours! Food wasn’t great. If I’d taken my daughter she would have struggled with options. Undercooked omelettes are always an option! Queue for bar was ridiculous. Seemed like it was more if your face fitted, you got served. WiFi is pointless. Only 1 or 2 areas it worked certainly not in rooms. The plus point is the beach. It’s beautiful and the hotel has its own area there (no bar there though). The surrounding area is also lovely. Being honest, if I’d been with my family I would have left. The fact it was just myself and a friend for only 4 nights I stuck at it.

Everything that lorient b put in her review and you have to understand this is Morocco its a different culture its not the Costa Brava. The food was great as for queuing I had no problem it's a large inclusive hotel think you could expect to have to wait a bit. Will come again.

When I went to this hotel I didn't expect luxury. However, if they changed a few things it would be a really nice hotel. Although it was cleaned almost every day it was limited to washing the floors and adding toilet paper. I had to ask for a change of towels. I missed small fridges in the rooms to cool down water or drinks. The garden and hotel surroundings were well-kept although it was obvious that this is not a new hotel. Close to the beach where there was a separate hotel part, lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. The service at the reception was nice and helpful. Lots of entertainment during the day and in the evening. The food in the restaurant was good but it was often repeated. The worst thing in this hotel in my opinion is the service at the bar and in the restaurant. The queue for a drink was terribly long, sometimes you had to stand for 10 minutes. Often there was no alcohol, they said it would be at 5 or 6 p.m. In the restaurant the service was nice only for people who spoke French or Arabic. It was a cheap hotel so I didn't expect anything special.

don't know with what should i start first. The shock of my life. Nothing looks like on reality. The food disgusting, no choice at all. The drinks served in plastic cups ,loads of cats everywhere, the cleaning...ohhh where should i start ? No cleaning at all. Bed disgusting, towels not to mention,disgusting bedding, they dont change the bedding at all. The staff not very helpful. Ripped off buy this company ,loveholiday should not advertise this crap hole. The place is a ruin, your at a all inclusive holiday and you dont have nothing to eat. You should see the tea how is served or coffee. Well actually they don't have coffe ,but this is what they describe as. I was stuck with my family for a week in a 3rd century "hotel" . This place is a hazard from top to bottom. The shock of my life . Luckily its well positioned and you have plenty of choices to eat outside but this will cost you money in top of what you paid already. A nightmare that doesnt seems to end. Can't wait the moment to finally go back home. Few more days and this horror holiday will finish. The pools are disgusting the smallest one is 2.50m and the kids pool few centimeters tall.the sunbeds are dirty and full of grime. Avoid as much as possible. I didn't read the reviews before i bought this holiday...no one will give my money back. Disgusting. Its advertised as 3 stars i would not given not even 1 star. We didn't eat in the hotel att all. I paid for a all inclusive holiday and I've spend double the amount to eat outside family of 4 every day breakfast lunch and dinner. Do not book.

On arrival we were greeted by rude staff at reception who didn’t acknowledge us when we had arrived, chatting amongst themselves and didn’t even tell us where our room was. The whole place just seemed run down, rooms were basic and we discovered ants in our room. Getting drinks was a nightmare there was no queue system and no one knew who was next. On a couple nights they had run out of most spirits and didn’t even bother to grab more from there storage. Food was very nice, but as the week went on there seemed to be less option, again queuing for food was bad, as soon as you’d gotten one thing and waiting for another the food went cold. You can choose where to sit but you have to wait for your cutlery to be given to you, sometimes we had to go up and ask as they were too busy chatting with each other. We spent most of the days down by the beach on the hotel sunbeds as it was less busy and more relaxing. On one occasion we were at the bar in the lobby where we were next in the queue but the bar man wandered off to chat to someone else whilst in the middle of making our drinks. Then when we returned for another drink he started getting funny at us for not bringing our cups back to the bar, even though we had already brought up cups previously, he started moaning to us about how he hadn’t had a cigarette break, even though the bar is in a smoking area. He was then in a funny mood us and others for the rest of the evening. Entertainment we found was more for children and for adults they just played a random playlist. Advertised a safe in the room but when we got in our room it was locked with no key, we asked reception and their reply was “we don’t have keys” so nowhere safe for passports etc… very thin walls between rooms can hear doors banging, stuff being dropped upstairs but sounds like it’s in your room and cleaners started far too early waking us up at 7am moving beds and chairs.

On Fri, 1 Nov 2024, I do not recommend anyone to stay i n this accomodation,it was disgusting and the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel was nothing like the pictures stated online.on arrival we noticed two single beds when it stated it was a double. There was no fridge,safe,kettle or working tv in the room,the TV was ancient and wasn't working,there was no Internet,air conditioning or hot water in the shower.the toilet sink and bed sheets were disgustingly dirty,the patio doors didn't shut and we felt very vulnerable and unsafe.i asked reseptin to come have a look but they never did .iasked at reception if I could have a kettle and was told NO. I could get tea in dini g hall but cups an pkates were filthy or broken was like a cattle market ..so i bought my own .there was bags of smelly rubbish lying all over the place and in corridors,the place was so run down it needed a good paint,it looked like a prison. The food was cold and disgusting,my chicken was raw inside,we had to eat out every night because the food was unediable wich cost us a fortune.it was terrifying staying here because there was a lot of assaults and police activity.lots ove crime going on but they didnt care .we didn't use the top pool because it felt unsafe to so we used the middle pool instead,the problem with this was it closed at 5pm amd you couldn't get a drink after that.we felt so unsafe we spent most of our time in our room with no tv or Internet,the patio door didn't close and we were terrified someone was gonna break in and steal our possesions. On the wedensday a security screan went up but staffdidnt do anything if it went off. we have been to morrocco numerous times but this is the worst accomodation we have ever stayed in,the staff were unhelpfull rude and wernt interested in our safety.THIS HOTEL NEEDS CLOSED DOWN nor even worth one star

This place is huge! I was apprehensive about booking here because there are numerous bad reviews, but it was honestly great. Beautiful landscaping- choice everywhere, right over the road from the beach and lots of shops inside and outside the complex. The staff are brilliant! Attentive, funny, friendly and kind. Your own manners go a long way- I witnessed some appalling behaviour from some of the British guests and heard some complaints about drink sizes and lack of food options, which is ridiculous, even the most basic palettes are accommodated, there’s big selection of different pastas, fresh pizzas, tagines, grilled meats, fish, soups, salads, breads, sauces, pickles, and yes, chips and nuggets. Take your pick of the pools, there’s the main one with the music, entertainment and bar, there’s 3 others that are quieter with plenty of places to soak up the sun. Crazy golf, tennis courts, a spa, camel rides, plenty of WiFi areas, mini market stalls including one that sold candied nuts that made the air smell incredible. We had lots of fun. The only thing I would have liked to have been better are the pillows, they were quite hard, but I’m sure if I’d have asked very nicely, the lovely staff team would have sourced me a fluffier pillow. I’d go back in a heartbeat 💗
