Mabrouk Hotel and Suites

The Hotel itself is clean and tidy, some parts a bit worn and tired needs a bit of a refresh, the staff are amazing, friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble, the waiters, cooks and cleaners are so great and not acknowledged as they should be, a big shout out to Abdul (waiter) Yussef (consiage) they were fantastic and so helpful, All the cleaners did so much as alot of the guest trashed their balconies and would let the cleaners in to clear it all up (disgusting behaviour), The hotel was not for us, we wanted to go home after 1 day, the music at pool side would finish at 1ish and then people were disappearing into a do that said private and by day was where the staff collected supplies for the kitchen ect but by night some sort of private partying and then the guest from that would come out noisy and play loud music in their rooms until 6-6.30am, Hookah was the craze everyone came to the hotel for, no other entertainment, sun loungers were extra charge, if your into all night party's its definitely for you,

The hotel is generally good. Staff were helpful, lobby was ok, breakfast was good, room was clean and in good condition. The hotel located few minutes walking to the beach, and within walking distance to restaurant, money exchange, mini market, and others. The only thing that I didn’t like is the instability of shower temperature.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and taking in the sun and culture, this hotel is not for you. The hotel staff are fabulous and the room is comfortable and clean. The pool is beautiful But This hotel is known for loud music and party’s till the early hours. Every day! We asked for a room away from the pool are and this was a blessing as didn’t get to frustrated with the loud party music. During the day the music is also loud and can be distracting. The breakfast is ok. You have freshly cooked omelette which are nice Location is great. Near the beach and restaurants and bars. All of which we enjoyed. If you like party, definitely the hotel for you. If not, maybe check out some other hotels.

It looks good, but.......... its a party place . Loud music until what hour ????sleep not possible! Rooms nothing special. A glorified knocking shop ?! I was shocked. I didn't expect to find this in Morocco ! Staff were very pleasant, tho! A party place !

This is a place for an evening of relax and enjoyment. Come after 20.00 go to the pool and enjoy a Shisha with tea, or a cold beer with some good food. Every evening at 23.00 there is a dancing show with music. The staff is so kind and helpfull here. The music can be loud just to keep in mind.

Another good stay at this hotel, arrived & had a warm welcome at reception. We were early so we were encouraged to go poolside. Reception team member was very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Helped us book our bus travel to Marrakech which I was not confident doing at home. Lunch poolside was basic but good. Lovely pool area and I noticed it’s been extended since the last time, so more sits. Lovely gardens. Security at the gate for checks on access for outside customers-mostly seen evening time. Drinks can be had poolside but cannot be charged to the room. Room was just what we need however (basic). I was however disappointed that there was no fruit basket as per last visit but we were comfortable. Nice bed & air con in the room. Rooms cleaned daily. There is a DJ poolside which we loved & enjoyed a dance in the day as in the evening everyone likes to enjoy Shisha & barely dances. There is however a club linked to the hotel you can go to. Different club (disco) experience but good to tick off the list. Night time is adult time but that’s all I will say. Breakfast- good selection but I would advise asking for fresh items as I did observe a staff member return a pancake to the food table because another guest had not eaten it. I’m all for none food waste but they did pick it up with their hands & I just think it’s a no either way. STAFF OF THE WEEK- IDRIS, he can be mostly be found day time- poolside. Language is a barrier but this guy will do anything for you & he would rather go & ask about something than upset a guest. Top staff!
