Mabrouk Hotel and Suites

Hotel looks very good and clean inside and outside. Horrible hot water system, I literally had to call a technician everyday and had to endure cold showers (sounds like they had a manual system for hot water). The hotel has a connected restaurant/shisha bar. Food is on point 👉 , service is standard. Just be prepared to dig deeper into your pockets on New Years Eve as food and drinks prices are heavily inflated (i paid 100 dirhams for tea and it usually costs 10 Dirhams there other days). Overall decent hotel for couples but painful process for daily essentials.

The Hotel itself is clean and tidy, some parts a bit worn and tired needs a bit of a refresh, the staff are amazing, friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble, the waiters, cooks and cleaners are so great and not acknowledged as they should be, a big shout out to Abdul (waiter) Yussef (consiage) they were fantastic and so helpful, All the cleaners did so much as alot of the guest trashed their balconies and would let the cleaners in to clear it all up (disgusting behaviour), The hotel was not for us, we wanted to go home after 1 day, the music at pool side would finish at 1ish and then people were disappearing into a do that said private and by day was where the staff collected supplies for the kitchen ect but by night some sort of private partying and then the guest from that would come out noisy and play loud music in their rooms until 6-6.30am, Hookah was the craze everyone came to the hotel for, no other entertainment, sun loungers were extra charge, if your into all night party's its definitely for you,

Went to the Hotel for Food & shisha. Service was terrible from the start. Did not get served till after an hour. Had to ask the waiter about 4/5 times in the end spoke to a manager to tell someone to serve us. Food came after an hour but the main dish did not come, shsiha was horrible only has 3 flavours. After waiting some time for the food(steak) which didnt come we waited for over an hour we decided to leave. When paying the bill they said the card machine did not work so did it again only to realise they charged me twice. They didn't refund me even though the manager promised. The manager Chef Tariq(212 666-879309) never responded to the WhatsApp he promised also the lady who worked there also stole & lied to us because she didn't respond. She was called Fatima(212 707-395098). Won't be coming here again.

If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and taking in the sun and culture, this hotel is not for you. The hotel staff are fabulous and the room is comfortable and clean. The pool is beautiful But This hotel is known for loud music and party’s till the early hours. Every day! We asked for a room away from the pool are and this was a blessing as didn’t get to frustrated with the loud party music. During the day the music is also loud and can be distracting. The breakfast is ok. You have freshly cooked omelette which are nice Location is great. Near the beach and restaurants and bars. All of which we enjoyed. If you like party, definitely the hotel for you. If not, maybe check out some other hotels.

I've been going to Agadir for 20 years, various hotels and Hotels that are good tend to go bad.. I was put off coming here by negative reviews on TripAdvisor... I shouldn't have worried, the hotel is very well located, my room was lovely, itvwas ground floor had a huge beautiful furnished terrace... comfortable bed and there was an English movie channel, the staff were very very nice, Hassan and the girls on reception, Yousef in the Lobby and Mohamed on the gate. Wi-Fi was hit and miss, great one minute then it would go, I think the hotel should have more routes. Really Different Pool area with Sofas and Chairs and Sunbeds on request Reda the Pool Guy was very obliging... The Breakfast was good... but its breakfast to order... as they don't do buffet breakfast.... the girls serving Breakfast were also lovely. overall I'll be back, I didn't experience what some comments say about sleazy nightlife. thanks

This is a place for an evening of relax and enjoyment. Come after 20.00 go to the pool and enjoy a Shisha with tea, or a cold beer with some good food. Every evening at 23.00 there is a dancing show with music. The staff is so kind and helpfull here. The music can be loud just to keep in mind.
