The furnishings in the rooms are very high end. In fact, everything is high end from the rooms to the pool to the sun loungers. Never stayed anywhere before where everything was such high quality. The staff were very friendly. Big shout out to Vicky and Vicky who work on reception. Very friendly and welcoming. Georgia did an extremely good job of keeping our room clean and tidy with lovely little touches like using the towels to create swans and even making a bow out of the toilet roll. Brilliant for snorkelling. We found ourselves swimming with thousands of fish very close to the water's edge. A barracuda even came to say hello. Very safe waters. If I were to make any criticism it would be that the food, whilst lovely, wasn't as hot (temperature) as I would have liked it to be. Five stars for this little gem of a hotel.

Καλημέρα! That was our first visit on Crete and the hospitality of Maravel Star Art Hotel captivated us very, very much! Wonderful and delightful people, perfect, peaceful and quiet location. Just few steps to the beach through a garden! We've tried so many fantastic tastes in the kitchen! Yummy! We could feel this real greek kindness and atmosphere. Each employee of this amazing hotel was always smiled, helpful but the best and the one and only guy on this ship is the bartender Giannis! So many hours spent on great conversations, rakija shots and stories told. Rooms are fantastic, with fridges 24/7 on, cleaned daily! I can't name you all by name but we would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and please be sure, that we will come back! See you soon! Ευχαριστώ!

A wonderful hotel with a great family atmosphere. My daughter and I visited this hotel for the first time last year and we fell in love with the place. That is why we returned to the hotel this year again and we definitely did not regret it. We made a lot of friends here, both from the guests and the hotel staff (who is very professional and friendly - Especially the handy bartender Giannis and the nice receptionist Vasiliki). We will definitely be back as soon as possible. Thanks the staff and management of the hotel for a beautifully spent holiday!

Nice and cosy place. Great for people loving pace and quiet. Excellent food, rooms cleaned every day. The only minus I saw, were the receptionists who didn't like to be bothered. Nevertheless I recommend this place.

Im coming to Crete every year since 2015. One of the best hotel with the best host in Crete i have found this year. All team is amazing and greek way relaxed and you immediately fell more than wellcome. By the pool is easy music and no interuption, beach bar is cosy and service is great. Giorgos, the owner is professional and very polite. Long beach with sunbeds is calm and beautifulll. I truly recomend this familly run hotel. Thank you Giorgos and your great team💫💫💫

We returned from a week in Crete and stayed at the Hotel Maravel Star. We are very satisfied with all the services offered by this hotel: welcome, availability, great care of all staff. The rooms are large, simple and comfortable (very good bedding). However, there is a second chair missing and the provision of a kettle with tea bags, coffee, milk and a shelf in the bathroom. The restaurant perfectly suited us: in 1/2 board, variety of dishes proposed, service, freshness. The cleanliness is impeccable. We recommend without reservation this establishment with a family atmosphere. Many thanks to all the team at the service of the lucky holidaymakers to be there.

My first time at Easter Orthodox day in this 41 room hotel was a nice experience. Friendly staff ,nice bouffe. All inclusive during my family 's stay. A lot of shops around the area also for souvenirs . It has a private beach (paid access) to enjoy a "blue beach flag"

The room was cleaned every day. I have got friends amongst local staff. Vasiliki took care of my very late dinner and together with Ianis made sure we enjoy our time in the evening. Thank you very much, my friend! It was 7 days of happiness on Crete.

It was still the covid time, so it was nicely quiet everywhere in Crete. In the hotel We have enjoyed their food and friendly stuff, the owner is a family, they eat the same food like the guests, nice pool and the bar keeper serves great drinks. Definitely one to recommend!
