Very good staff, friendly...good communication

Everything is nice , my only thing that make me uncomfortable is the restaurant every day same menu , and also they open the restaurant for 2-3 hours and then there is nothing to had

It was very good to stay

前台英文有點差，房間格局有點特別，早餐極為難吃，地點在橋下，Google maps⬆️標示錯誤，有兩個地址。

Hotel ligt midden in de centrum Hoop uitlaatgassen ingeademd. Voor de rest was het ok

房間比較老舊，雖然看得出以前是一家不錯的賓館，但是現在管理跟不上，毛巾都已經發黑了，還在使用，其他地方也比較破舊。酒店的位置不錯

環境衞生不錯，性價比高，可以的，下次還來這住😄

I stayed here for an overnight layover in between flights. Rooms were nice, wifi was good, staff was friendly and I felt that this was way better than some of the other reviews have made this place sound. However, I would like to point out an experience where the hotel owner Josef went above and beyond for my care. I had a physical injury which needed immediate medical attention late night. Not only did Josef accompany me with the hotel driver and car to make sure I get the needed medical attention in time, but also he was on top of all the co-ordination with medical experts in the hospital and every paper work that had to be done, since I was a visitor in thier country. He is kind and generous and took care of me as a human and not just a customer. The same care was seen by the hotel staff as well, where they all showed their empathy and were considerate towards my situation. Incidents like this show us that not only this hotel focuses on customer service, but they genuinely care for well being of all the hotel guests. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and thank you Josef for personally taking care of me.

Staffs are helpful and real professionals The comfort of bedis amusing. For my next trip I will back for long stay. Their price is surprising regarding to the service they deliver is special. One last thing I would like to say is the breakfast.

I stayed at Holiday Hotel from 22 to 29 December. The staff were phenomenal. Many amenities to include airport shuttle, free breakfast, room service, laundry service, and a wonderful restaurant and bar. The room was clean and had modern amenities. Bed was very comfortable. I was treated so well for my short time there. If someone wants to support small business while getting all of the perks of a chain hotel, I recommend Holiday Hotel.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport and although it seemed quite a drive to get there, the wait was worthwhile and the rooms were a pleasant surprise. Tasty food and great coffee. The WiFi is reliable and the rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
