I was a week! and everything was perfect! from the quality of the food to the hygiene of the building!! all the employees are very attentive to your needs and to make you feel good! I would like to thank the bosses, the receptionists, the cooks, the waiters and the cleaning ladies! Specifically for the I would like to thanks for the professional and Outstanding service to David, Ms Yael, the manager and receptionist!!

Kind staff and clean Room , lots of variety of breakfast. We like it !! Next time we visit Addis , suppose to spend time here . I talked with General Manager who is really friendly and Passionate about improving our services. Thanks for the Conversation!

Clean, affordable, well located hotel with warm, friendly and helpful staff. The food is nice, the portions are generous and it is always served with a smile . Will recommend Tolip Olympia and its great facilities for business and pleasure visits!

Very professional and extraordinary service. A place to highly recommend.The food quality and variety was amazing. The training room and refreshments provided was by far more than expected. The participants stayed overnight and were excited.

This is to express my gratitude to the staff of Tolip Olympia Hotel because you made my Ethiopian experience very memorable and i was decided to come back to Addis Abeba because of the special treatment i got from the hotel staff.Mr Dawit and his Team was treating me as a King.the first day i arrived the hotel i was wondered why all staff was smiling and happy to see me, even I thought they all know me before which i never experienced other places.

The rooms are spacious with good lighting, comfortable beddings, and top notch catering. I was amazed with free shuttle provided to pick and drop clients to the airport. Additionally, my colleague and I were offered free shuttle service to drop and pick us from the conference centre. This was fantastic, and I loved it.

Got the contact of the hotel while in Nairobi and upon arrival, the sales manager Ms. Eden proved to be very supportive- arranged for complimentary transport to and fro the Airport and amazingly the same to the venue of my conference at the UNECA. I would highly recommend this facility to my friends and colleagues

Friendly and helpful the staff! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. They were genuinely attentive and always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local sights, or accommodating special requests. The front desk team, in particular, was outstanding, always checking in to see if there was anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable

my stay at Tolip olympia hote was very incrideble A wonderful stay in a lovely twin room I shared with my daughter - the beds were incredibly comfortable which was very welcome after long days touring around Addis and surrounding areas. The staff are very welcoming and always smile faca The service was excellent and the staff was always there to help with whatever we needed. There is some issue at the bath room wich was fixed immidiaatily i highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay with pleasant staff. Big up to Dewit. He is a fresh breath of air. I will stay at Tolip again and again.. very comfortable bed. My room is clean...my bead is comfortable... shower is just right...I will be back very soon

This hotel is located in good area there are soviniour shops around the rooms are very attractive also the price are very reasonable this hotel provided very Good service during trip period,in have enjoyed the coffee at They gate which is very taste full would like to thanks for your service

Overall experience was beyond my expectations. Everyone is very hospitable and great with sincere smiles. I going the continental breakfast is very diverse, and give the breakfast employees high great professionalism, care, friendly and welcoming with smile.

Service was incredible, felt very safe, staff very accommodating. On my first stay I arrived after 24 hours of travel early in the morning and very tired. Restaurant staff were very attentive, Receptionist was exceptional who made sure I found and got everything I wanted. I’ve stayed here twice and had a great experience both times!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay specially the receptionist . The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions."
