A great place, great hospitality , nice view!

Amazing stay! The hospitality at Haile Grand Addis was exceptional- we felt very welcomed and the attention from staff was 10/10. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend visiting.

Nice place to stay

酒店不是在很市中心所以出門附近沒有什麼，打車去市中心也不遠。酒店設有游泳池和spa沒有試，房間也一般。如果要住，提議住hyatt regency. 不會失望

Alles super

The front desk and concierge staff was so polite and helpful. The decor was beautiful and the food was very good. Breakfast was so fresh and there were so many different choices. The room was a suite and robes were provided. The bed sheets were so soft and comfortable. I slept very well. Even though there was construction building the noise did not disturb us. Pay with credit card only for other hotel services.

The hotel has a beautiful aesthetic and decor. The ambience is peaceful and calm. Wonderful and courteous staff with good customer service. I couldn't get enough of the coffee. It smelled and tasted so good. The food is delicious and hearty.

The service is some of the best I have ever seen. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The spa services were reasonably priced. There was some construction as they are expanding, but it didnt disturb my sleep or experience! I would go back!

Hospitality was excellent. Good beds and I was impressed to see that the hotel is being expanded. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. FRIENDLY WORKERS .VERY CLEAN EVERYTHING. I.came with the Younglife group and we all enjoyed.Service including transportation was efficient. Electricity and water always available. I tasted steam bath for the first time in my life. I.wanted to swim but my time was limited

This place is absolutely stellar!! Not only are the staff super friendly, they go beyond helping out with any needs you may have. The hotel grounds are exceptionally clean and peaceful. The rooms are great as well as the WiFi. Most highly recommended!

Haile Grand is just as majestic as it looks like on the photos! The moment our driver picked us at the airport giving my husband and i such a warm welcome to Ethiopia with so much joy , to the very moment we walked in the hotel , it was like heaven. The beautiful souls working there to make their guests feel at home , to the gorgeous room that they had us and the mostttt delicious breakfast ever! The chef , the staff , the ladies at the front desk , the porters who made sure our luggages were well taken care off , our lovely concierge Ms Abyssinia not forgetting our proffessional massage therapist , we felt like home , we felt appreciated , we felt welcomed ! To the Management of Haile Grand i salute you and your outstanding work in making Haile A dream destination for my husband and i. If you’re looking for a genuinely relaxing and professional massage experience, this is the place to go. The masseurs are highly skilled, and the overall spa ambiance is peaceful and rejuvenating.
