SV Chrome Hotel

The SV Chrome Hotel is the perfect hotel for business travelers. It provided a quiet restful space at the end of the day, good WiFi network connections, and convenient location near to a shopping center and the offices/locations I needed to visit. The staff are very professional, helpful, courteous, and collegial. The restaurant has very good food and reasonable prices. The hotel also offers free laundry services which I happily used and was very grateful to have clean clothes for return travel so I did not need to check a suitcase. In the event of minor power cuts, the hotel has a good generator and flexible options for hot water the one time that was needed during an eight-day stay. Hotel security was also good during my stay, and was approved by the organizational security team for the international organization with whom I work.

Elegant—simply elegant. The restaurant is beautiful with an exceptional ambience, and the rooms are on a completely different level—far beyond what I expected, especially considering the price paid.

In general, given the price, cleanliness, and location, it is ok value for money as long as you're not expecting 4 or 5 star amenities. My bathroom had a faulty air vent which the maintenance team was unable to fix, and I was told I couldn't get a different room. The food selection is more limited than it used to be. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Quite disappointed! Actually quite disappointed! The hotel was under renovation. We were not notified regarding this prior to arrival, even when we arrived, we were not told. When i spoke to the duty manager regarding it, he said he will speak to the general manager and get back to me. This Never happened! Also on the second morning we were having breakfast, there was a big mouse that was trying to sneak out of the hole in the wall into the restaurant. Very bad! There was a poor selection of TV channels; half of what was available wasnt even viewable, just a black screen. Basically we didnot receive what we saw on their website or on the ********** app. The room was ok and the only thing i enjoyed was there meals, rice and chicken or with goat meat. Good portions.

Property is in need of significant repairs.

So good so far This place is just basic. Nothing exceptional for the price. Their team especially at the restaurant needs to get a proper training in hospitality. Moreover the towels wasnt good for the standard. Indeed, they were tattered. Improvements must be done there. The gym is extremely tiny. A bit disappointed by the premise.
