I'm writing this review as a warning to others after experiencing the worst customer service and most unprofessional treatment from Grand Pela Hotels. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the company has refused to refund me the ₦280,000 they owe me. I gave them a 24-hour heads up that my flight to abuja was canceled, that i won't be able to make my reservation. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, who promised to look into it. However, after multiple follow-ups, I was met with empty promises and excuses. I eventually spoke with the management, a lady named Justina, hoping they would take my complaint seriously. Unfortunately, they seemed more interested in deflecting responsibility than providing a resolution. They kept passing the buck, claiming that the issue was being looked into. It's been ages since I first raised the issue, and I'm still being given the runaround. The lack of accountability and transparency from Grand Pela Hotels is appalling. To anyone considering staying at Grand Pela Hotels, I urge you to think twice. The company's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and their unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes make them unworthy of your business. Rating: 0/5 stars Will I ever recommend Grand Pela Hotels? Absolutely not.
