Below expectations, no valte parking. i had to park my car, walk inside and call someone to pick up my luggage, and walk back to my car. The room has a fresh paint smell, and it's not provided with essentials like tissue, dental kit, and vanity kit. They said normal tissue paper is not provided due to them supporting saving turtles, but you can request toilet tissue paper. DEFINITELY, THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST.

The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. After we landed in Abu Dhabi at 11 PM, a shuttle bus from the hotel picked us up right outside the airport and took us straight to the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel staff also had a great service attitude. However, the facilities in the hotel are quite outdated. To take a shower, you have to step into the small bathtub, which can be slippery and potentially dangerous. Additionally, the pipes leak when turned on, and the room was very cold. We checked in at midnight and left early the next morning, so our stay was quite brief.

Stayed for one night, the room was great, bathroom, bed and sheets. The crew was very friendly and the restaurant got good food. There is a shuttle from airport to the inn and opposite.

Good location… just disappointed with hospitality of the staffs in the receptions/lobby of the hotel… they don’t help guests or even assists guests with heavy luggage… food in the restaurant are tasty and the staffs are wonderful.

We were so shocked that the hotel room is so comfortable, clean, and there is a bathtub too?! We love our short stay here The shuttle bus came on time upon arrival and departure too My husband even get to perform his friday prayers at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque! Highly recommending everyone to stay here if you have a longer transit! The breakfast buffet spread is simple but a good variety! The quality of the food is awesome too! But do note that it cost 62 aed per person for breakfast!

Since the old terminal was closed, now is not as convenient as it used to; however, shuttle service from new terminal does the job and it is still a decent option.

I stayed at an airport hotel between connecting flights and found it convenient and efficient. The service was prompt and courteous, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. Facilities were basic but adequate for a short stay. The highlight was the food—available for an additional cost, it was surprisingly good and worth the price. Overall, a solid choice for a layover.

I arrived late in Abu Dhabi airport and needed a place to stay, as this hotel is very close to the airport I decided to opt for this- although getting there still required a taxi which was a bit expensive given the airport surcharge. The hotel serves it's purposes as a layover/1 night hotel with all the basic amenities you could want. That said it feels very dated and could use a fresh coat of paint. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was great, hotel had everything you need. A little far out but a great Suttle service. A big Shout out to Dilan he deserves employee of the month 😁 he was very attentive, such a pleasure to deal with
