Had a transfer of 21 hours so decided to book this hotel to rest a bit before my next flight. Very close to T3. Surprisingly, this hotel is inside a Zoo park. They gave us free Zoo tickets when checked in, so it was a very nice time. Swimming pool included.
Staff very helpfull, front desk very polite. Room was big and clean, the bed extra soft, AC was working perfectly. Overall a very good experience!

The place is good for families to enjoy zoo activities while staying in this property.
Cleanliness wise it’s not the best as you are in a zoo.
But was an existing experience with the family for one night

Восхитительный семейный отель! Внимательный персонал, чистейшая территория, очень много зон для детей. Стильный и чистый номер. Шале, со своей террасой с видом на жирафов, отличный. Недалеко от аэропорта. Нам очень понравился отель, обязательно вернёмся с детьми !🫶

Отель чистый, в номере комфортно, нет посторонних запахов, нет комаров и мошек (переживали из-за близости к животным). Ощущение от пребывания необыкновенные.
Пить кофе (в номере есть кофемашина), сидя на веранде и наблюдать за жирафами, это настоящий релакс
Постель удобная.
В ванной есть душевые принадлежности
Детский бассейн с искусственным покрытием очень продуман для детей, чтобы они не подскользнулись. Есть маленькая горка в воде. Полотенца дают при входе.
Возможность вечером посетить зоопарк, когда нет жары и скопления людей, тоже огромный плюс.
Из минусов :
Мало информации, где можно поесть, в какие часы и что работает (бассейн, зоопарк)
В номере нет фена! Это прям огромный минус.
Количество полотенец в разы меньше количества гостей, что странно
В номере нет стаканов (кружек). Всего два бумажных стаканчика, которые подтекают при использовании горячих напитков. Видимо, гости должны быть со своими кружками
Но, несмотря на минусы, этот отель очень атмосферный и обязателен к посещению, хотя бы на одни сутки
Beautiful place. I highly recommend the giraffe suite which allows you to pet a giraffe 24/7 just steps from your terrace. The restaurant has some of the best quality food I have seen in Abu Dhabi and staff is very accommodating to your needs. Overall while it sure ain’t luxury it is a beautiful place.

The resort is very clean and hygienic. Room sizes are superb. Take a giraffe chalet for an amazing view. Request the hotel to give you a room which is opposite to the giraffe. Opt for ala carte breakfast if you are a vegetarian. Loved the hospitality and prompt service. Make sure u rent a stroller or take one if you have a child. Recommended for one night if you want a different and relaxing experience.

We had an amazing experience at the resort. The room was just perfect, overlooking the Giraffes. It was spacious, comfy and homely. The zoo itself is spectacular, especially when you get to see and feed and so many animals up close. The place is filled sleigh entertainment for kids and the shows there are amazing. It was our son’s birthday and they gave him a jingle themed surprise with all the drums and consumes, really appreciate the effort put in by the staff. The staff over there is amazing, helpful, courteous and always willing to go an extra mile. The restaurant and food options are pretty good, we had some Arabic meal for lunch and English breakfast before checking out. It’s a must visit for all families and even couples, who love nature and wildlife.

The place is excellent specially for family with kids. I got my room upgrade and it was awesome one. We got ta chance to see how giraffe sleeps and wakes up watching them from window. Highly recommend. We will definitely come back.

Do not trust the recepcion des ,tgey give me wrong information about my flight ! I google diffrence between time in istambul and abu dhabi , i didnt know if I have flight at 5 am or 5 afternoon she tild me it is 17 00 afternoon no it is not it is 5 am !!!! But she talk me into thinking otherwise !!!!!!!!! Hot and animals dont have enough shelter and water i think I saw how they give water to birds and they sprzed they wings and all of that look every sad !!! I staying in the resort i both feeling package and I was told i cant feed hypo because it is vip experience and hippio guy said it is last feeling and that hippi do not come back after so I was standing there in stress ! All that money and time spend to feed animals and I am chest away like some seaguls !!!! Cheap food , shashukka not good ,eggs hard not good sauce , too hot , i cant she talk me into wrong information about my flight because I didt know I was thinking about it all day !!!!

A lovely stay with a fantastic team of staff. They’ve made it very special for my children for three visits now. The rooms are comfortable and clean; staff are amazing. Highly recommended for any families travelling with small kids - all will have a great time.

Awful experience! we paid 1200 dirhams for room, but breakfast not included. Feeding of giraffes also not included. You can’t do it from your personal area!! The one options like for all visitors of zoo (but payment 50 dirhams) , you go to feeding to common area where a lot of people. Small pocket of leaves cost 16 dirhams. So I absolutely don’t recommend to stay in hotel. You don’t any benefits for this money. Breakfast with giraffes cost extra 2100 Dirhams. Rooms also have questions with water in toilet and bathroom and very loud air conditioner About zoo - it’s very sad to watch a lot of animals in their small areas. It’s not a care of animals , it’s mockery. Restaurant also don’t recommend. Not tasty and bad food.
