Great hotel. Best location. Best customer service. Housing must have a check list of what to do and replenished the room. Donot wait for the guest to keep a note or call for amenities. Like shower gel, handwash, toilet paper.

The place was neat and the staff ( ms. Leann and umer ) was very approachable and friendly. I will recommend this place to my friends and we will sure be back again. Thank you again for the nice experience in grand millennium hotel.

Everything seemed to me impeccable, a management that managed to keep up with everything that is new in the field. Polite and well-trained staff, a well-varied and satisfying menu for all tastes. Everything is superlative! So yes hotel!!!

1. Breakfast is forgettable; I even went out to source for my own breakfast. People are fighting for omelette at the egg stations - and your eggs will go missing if you do not stay and wait (and jostle for your position at the same time) 2. At breakfast service, your chairs will go missing in a jiffy. You probably have to eat like Shaolin monks - standing on a stance 3. Bathroom sink is stuck, water just refused to be drained

Had a bad start (due to flight rescheduled and hotel didn’t allow to amend / push date by a day). They decide it will no show, even though I have airline documents to support. full Paid and didn’t allow to recourse at all. We called hotel earlier thrice but time difference stating the reservation office open later hours. Total disappointment. I took it with stride and do another booking at same hotel for 2 nights. It was extreme costly. Nevertheless, book 2 days (later) in this new booking for exhibition. They got me upgraded into a one room apartment style. Hotel location is good with Mall -link at level 3. The roof top pool was small and open air (good to have sun UV), but i prefer under shade. Pool life guard was friendly and constant at watch with kids playing there. Breakfast was excellent and wife enjoyed. Given much choice hotels and this bad experiencing, sadly will not stay here again. I giving this better rating due to staffs which they did well. Just poor manager who could have dealt better with customer relationship.

Exceeded our expectation as we got a free upgrade, from converge to door boy they have all been polite to us. Buffet breakfast can be added on but was very average. Would definitely stay again

Great location…relaxing stay

If you want a place that is great location wise with great staff, a fun pool and good food, then this place is great.

The location is at the center of the city and there is a big shopping mall nearby. Many fast food restaurant if you are not ok with the local food. Hotel staff is friendly and breakfast is very nice.

The room is spacious and nice. The hotel might be a bit old, but it is well maintained. Direct access to al Wahda mall is a plus for long stays. I would stay again if needed.

Had flight delay for 24hours, by airline unfortunate disruption (with supporting doc). Called to hotel to explain on situation and request amendment, include additional stays by 2 more days. However, it was total denied - saying it will be consider NO SHOW. Total disappointed. Inaddition had email + appealing thru CTrip. But again was ignored. Given so many hotels of choice in Abu Dhabi, will not consider this hotel.
