Was great experience all in all. The breakfast hall should be expanded given especially dring peak season. Reception staff, Louie and John were friendly and maintain a very pleasant aura though there were a lot people of checking in and out when we arrived. They sure know how to handle the pressure. While June from our floor ensured we received so much care during our stay. It's a plus also that the hotel is just 15mins drive from Yas Island. Thanks again City Seasons, hope to see you again soon! :)

Nice hotel, in a good location in Abu Dhabi. The only issue we had was that it was too cold in our room even with the ac off.

The Hotel location is very good, close to many places and cornice The hotel also offers free parking with Valet Service. I recommend staying at this lovely hotel especially if you are on a short vacation. The staff were friendly and smiling at your face Just wish the check-in is much faster, I was supposed to recieve the room at 2 PM, i got it at 2:45 The hotel reception upgraded my room for free when i asked them for a double bed not 2 single beds which was very good room. Definitely i would come again to this Hotel

The facility is very good have comfy bed, room big, clean and good location very accessible near by malls, supermarket,sorounded of restaurant as well special mentioned the reception staff i forgot their names all of them they are very good, and they upgrade my room booking. Keep up a good job guys highly recommend to my friends and relatives .

Good location for the property, closed to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Bit old facilities, i think system also was obsolete. I was surprised when staff from restaurant approached me stating that my booking was not with breakfast. I showed him my confirmation that i paid extra for it, he called the reception to check. He let me talked to reception first before taking food which not normally happening im other hotels. Check-in and check out was shift with staff, Ibrahim.

Room is ok location is good reception staff lack of communication need little bit professionalism bell desk is nice and helpful , driver in the valet was totally strange he doesn’t want to help at all even hotel provide free parking his name something kunda,mukunda, not sure exact name he misuse my car took the coins for parking even the parking was included in the hotel room

Good location, old but well-maintained furniture in rooms. Good cleaning service. Not enough light in room. WiFi is not working good all the time.

The hotel is centrally located in the city and parking is never a problem with the complimentary valet service. We had booked for a one night stay only. I had an early morning flight arrival of 2am so the 24-hour front desk service is really very helpful. They even let us do a late check out for free to have more time to rest and recover. The staff is very helpful and made sure everything was excellent during our stay. Have not had a chance to use any of the hotel facilities but I definitely will next time my trip takes me to Abu Dhabi.

Everything was great, only problem I faced was on my last day the valet area was full, so I had to look for a parking on my own which led me to roam around the area for an hour looking for a parking which I finally did approximately a 10 minute walk from the hotel itself.

Everything was fantastic, the staff is very kind and helpful, the location is perfect and good connected with public transportation. Clean room, very very comfortable bed and the breakfast was the best part! If I’ll ever come back to Abu Dhabi, I know where to stay again!

My recent 8-night stay at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel was superb. The hotel's prime downtown location made exploring Abu Dhabi effortless and within 300m of the hotel, you will be spoilt for choice for cafes, convenience stores, restaurants, laundy stores and etc. For an older hotel, cleanliness was impeccable, reflecting the staff's dedication. Service was outstanding, from the welcoming reception to the attentive restaurant staff. The highlight was the superb breakfast, offering a variety of delicious dishes with slight tweaks each day for added variety. Overall, City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel offers a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for its superb location, cleanliness, outstanding service, and delicious breakfast offerings.
