I have stayed in many Ritz Carlton hotels around the world. Those are always great service and quality. The Ritz Abu Dhabi rooms are a bit dated but kept up well. I still felt very comfortable. The hotel staff is fantastic. Upon arrival, hotel reception upgraded us to a slightly larger villa, which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff were excellent, swift cleaning plates and never far if something was needed. The food variety at breakfast was great and anything that was missing for individual tastes was provided upon request. Staff around the pool were also great at preparing beds upon arrival. The pool was heated and comfortable to swim and play during the colder months. Generally a fantastic stay and I would stay there again.

Excellent hotel and is right across from the mosque. Staff and service are above and beyond. We wish we could have stayed longer. The only complaint is there were too many choices for breakfast but nothing too impressive except for the camel milk.

Beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely with great views. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and everyone we dealt with deserves 10/10.

Four time staying and we absolutely love this hotel. From the moment you step outside the hotel you get service which is amazing. Breakfast spread is always top notch and rooms are always clean and great sleep. Highly recommend.

The Breakfast was exceptional, truly delightful with all ingredients fresh and a bountiful selection. The hotel is remarkably clean, utterly spotless. The wireless internet connection is remarkably swift, and the guest quarters are spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant vista of the mosque. A wonderful destination and an ideal respite for leisure.

Premium resort overlooking the canal. The beach is dead though. The hotel is just adjacent to the zayed mosque. Amazing gigantic pool.
