Excellent stay for my 1st time Abu Dhabi trip. Unbeatable balcony view, very spacey room, reasonable price during peak travel period , plus staffs are super friendly as well.

Grand Hyatt is very expensive in Japan, and Grand Hyatt in Abu Dhabi is reasonable I have stayed at hotels all over the world, but this is my favorite hotel. In front of the lobby and the interior is the Emirates Palace Breakfast is delicious and the room is clean. But Abu Dhabi doesn't have trains, so you should take a bus or a UVER taxi

Im lucky getting an amazing view in this hotel , beside all facilities that you can find on it , The size of the pool and beach is quite sufficient, specially if you have kids with you , all the rooms was really clean with smart gadgets to control the lights and curtains. The room dining experience was nice .

Thank you Alex at the front desk for his hospitality and look for a king size bed room for me when I checked out very late at night! Overall the facility and staff are excellent! Will certainly be my choice for my next trip.

the receptionist is very warm and provide us with a best view room and a gift for kid; The room is clean and staff at the swimming pool is also warm and patient.

The hotel is near Qasr Al Watan. It is a very good hotel. Especially thanks Mr Sang for providing the great service.

We had a great time! The hotel is very clean, spacious rooms, very nice view. Amenities are very good and breakfast was great. Thanks a lot to a high level of quality and standard, really appreciate hospitality and professionalism of hotel staff. Everything was great!

Cleanliness and condition of the room was impeccable. Modern decor with automated curtains that opened up to a stunning view and a large balcony. Bath tub and shower was perfect. Large variety of high quality food for buffet breakfast. Service from the breakfast restaurant and at the hotel reception was 5 star. Location was exclusive and beach view was superb but quite far out from the city centre. Temperature controlled pool was such a luxury. Private beach area is very small, service at the poolside was hit and miss.

Loved the room we stayed in specially it came with a balcony where you can have an amazing view of Emirate’s palace even tho the sky was a bit blurry because of the humidity.. Staffs were very friendly and the gym was amazing!

Good hotel with a great view of the palace. Room was spacious although it felt slightly dated. The balcony was nice as well. We were there during Easter so breakfast was quite crowded and took some time to wait for elevators. Other than that, our stay was nice.
