Club Privé by Rixos Saadiyat

Just an amazing experience from start to finish. The luxury of the Club Prive services was something we had never experienced before. The only issue now is how do we follow this? Must say a massive thank you to our butlers for the week, Jean and Mahmoud, who were excellent. They really are always available and do so much to make the experience what it is, which is pure luxury. They bring food, drink at any hour. Arrange transport, bring inflatables, organised our Son's birthday, including incredible cake, inflated our football, arranged excursions, unbelievable! The food has to be mentioned. The club House in particular and the dining in the room was a treat we will not forget in a hurry. The wider resort is great too and the Beach (the Prive section being very special) is the best. However it was the villa section that really made the difference. The villa's are huge and were great for our family of 6. Only thing I would say is that ours (6005) is almost in the restaurant and so didnt feel very private, but a small inconvenience. If the budget stretches, we would return in a heartbeat and hopefully very soon.

The hotel was amazing, we were staying at villa and it was fabulous. Rooms are clean and nice, staff was kind and nice, especially Zeki Dugan, he helped us with everything we asked and was doing his job for more than enough. That was the best hotel!!!

We had Emrulla for a butler and he was excellent helped with all of our needs and was extremely friendly with all the help we needed. The villa was excellent and also the club house food is extremely tasty with good customer service as well. Cleaners were very kind and polite and cleaned well in our rooms. The sports bar is also very good with a lot of football on and good service from the bar tender.

The staff, in particular Emrullah were absolutely amazing, friendly, caring and more importantly welcoming. Certainly helped with the brilliant experience. The sports bar, secret but amazing, great place to go after a meal to watch football, play pool and chill. Definitely check this out! Club privé, the food is outstanding, the staff are great - again super friendly. Definitely would come back!

This was one of the best holidays we have been on. From start to finish it was exceptional. Emrullah And Ezz hosted us and made us feel at home and took care of everything. Jacob the taxi driver was courteous and very kind and professional. The villa was clean and excellent and the turn down service was great too the hotel grounds were beautiful and real attention to detail and the beach was excellent, the sand was soft and thick and we had the private section due to villa residents. We even saw dolphins on our first day in the ocean! Food and drinks were excellent too and the complimentary visit to Warner bros was a great gesture and finally the arrangements made for us to be escorted through the airport till we got on the plane was a real vip treatment. We will definitely plan on visiting again and wonderful time!

Thank you so much to Emrullah & Ezz for delivering the most amazing service we have ever received. Even before our trip had started Emrullah had contacted me to make sure everything was organised for our arrival. On arrival we were able to drive straight to our villa door where we had flowers, welcome drinks & snacks and nothing but smiles and warm greetings from the staff. We were able to order any food & drink at any time of the day or night which was amazing as we have two young children. Emrullah organised some birthday decorations & a cake on the day of our son’s birthday which was just fantastic. We really had the most amazing stay and would like to say a huge thank you again to Emrullah & Ezz for making our trip such a wonderful experience . We can’t wait to come back soon!
