I booked a 3-night stay at this hotel for a business trip. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen accident, I had to leave on the second day. I attempted to check out early the following morning but was unable to reach the hotel directly. I contacted the Hilton Honors Diamond Desk for assistance, and they managed to connect me with the front desk. However, because I called at 10:30 AM Central time, which was 11:30 AM Eastern time, I was informed that I missed the cut-off by just 30 minutes and would be charged for an additional night. I explained that I had been trying to reach the hotel earlier but couldn’t get through because they weren’t answering their phones. Despite this, the front desk staff member told me there was nothing she could do and that the General Manager would call me back. I also opened a case with Hilton Honors to document the situation. However, I have yet to receive a call from the manager, and my attempts to reach the hotel since then have been unsuccessful. I even tried responding to their welcome text, but there was no reply. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and the service has been terrible. Additionally, the room I stayed in had mold in the bathroom shower and a dirty bathtub with stains that couldn’t be removed. I will never stay at this hotel again.
