The waiters were slow, hectic and forgetful with few exceptions. 5. The drinks and dessert were great. Special thanks to the chef who made them masterfully. Maybe the problem is the cook.. Your cuisine is not quite Italian and not international. Мake your choice of cuisine. The internet is awful!! Your advertisement that the internet is fast and high-quality does not correspond to reality. We lived on the 11th floor and the internet only worked in the bedroom. In the living room it didn't work at all. It's a shame keeping in mind that we are living in the 21st century. It is so easy to fix this problem nowadays.

All good. Excellent service. Good reception. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Everything was fine and good maintained. Very friendly waiters and also the food was good. Air condition worked. Only very small elevators, but this the only negative issue.
