環境很美，一個大泳池，不過位置比較偏遠，離哪都不近，到哪都要打車，增加了跟埃及司機討價還價的煩惱，小床的床頭髮黴了，洗手池無法迅速下水，衞生條件一般，另外每天晚上廣場上都在放動感音樂，直到10點半才停，對於有早睡要求的不推薦。

房間很破舊，屋裡有很多蚊蟲，樓道也不隔音，之前訂錯了時間 提前一週就和攜程説了很多次要更換入住時間但都無果！直到入住酒店那天前台答應了免費更換，打電話過去攜程不相信我當著他們語音問的酒店工作人員，並讓他們前台的主管經理在我寫的上面簽了兩次字證明發給了攜程！攜程收到後中午十一點多打電話過來説是可以換但是中間商要求收取五十美金，由於當天我已經在去錫瓦的路上 我説不是説免費換嗎？攜程客服説那您等我消息他再幫我和中間商爭取一下，我一直滿懷希望，但沒想到當地晚上八點多接到電話就説您的酒店不能更改了，錢也退不回來！我打電話投訴，後來才知道是中間商和攜程發郵件説12:30之前要求付款更改否則將被取消，但攜程沒有把消息告訴我，導致我損失了一晚酒店費用！攜程客服辯解説是因為我沒有同意交付五十美金，我説你們有錄音 我哪句話説不同意？你們什麼時候和我説要求立刻交錢？不交會被取消！我衹是不滿意為什麼説好的免費還要交五十美金，並不是不同意交付五十美金！我上哪花這點錢去住一晚五星級酒店？攜程卻説這是認知問題，不滿意就等於不同意，耽誤時間沒交錢是我的問題！我不知道攜程這些年的客服是怎麼了？素質太低了，明明不佔理的地方，還要狡辯！

總體表現可以

I stayed as part of a Titan Nile Cruise holiday. The hotel was Clean and tidy, Food was very good. Staff were very good and friendly. My room was very spacious with a large walk in shower. Everything was great. The location may not be within walking distance of things, we only came and went by coach so check it out yourself. It is within easy reach of the pyramids by taxi. I would stay here again.

Atmosphere is great, services good and all the staff lovely and happy to help with anything. Really clean A bit far from the city centres and the main museum but with taxis and Uber city centre easy and cheap to reach. Breakfast great Happy go come back

Very good place and management are very professional you feel like at home , very clean and employees are very friendly, I recommend this place for all members who want to stay, also I had a previous family experience and was very sussessful special thanks to tamer the manager of that place

The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and the air conditioning works perfectly. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The food in the restaurant is really good with plenty of choice. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is always clean with a lifeguard on duty. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Always a nice stay at the Swiss Inn. Comfortable rooms and a large swimming pool. Never an issue getting a lounger by the pool and not crowded like other hotels. Breakfast and dinner buffets are fantastic. Staff helpful and attentive. This is my 3rd stay and I’ll be back again!

The service was amazing and everyone was so polite and friendly would definitely recommend! The breakfast and dinner were amazing the dinner was well priced and reasonable. I'm very happy I chose this place to stay it was fantastic. Would definitely come back!
