Easy freeway access, close to downtown and airport and just a short 20 minute drive from Valhalla Golf Course or 15 minutes from Churchill Downs. If you're not familiar with Louisville, this is the 'happening' part of town -- you'll be just blocks away from some of the best restaurants in the city. We ask that all groups observe "quiet hours" starting at 10pm every night to avoid disturbing neighbors. Please note that illegal drug use and/or commercial sex acts are not allowed on the premise. We encourage you to leave your firearms at home. Should you choose to travel with firearms, please do not leave them at the property.
